Everything was messy. I asked a question and got the wrong info which is ok if you're a new employee but how things looked she wasn't new. The same employee was switching outdoor cushions creating a huge mess all over the aisle told me I needed to wait till the aisle was reset to shop. The guy working with her said that we could get what we needed to purchase the contradiction made me thank him and walk away from the tornado left by the female. Everything seemed like what you see everywhere else I ended up buying a folding outdoor chair. all the employees who past me and saw I needed some help and when I would try to ask where I could find yada yada they wouldn't even look at me and walk faster. That's ok just means money will be spent elsewhere. It was messy, aisles were blocked, stuff was thrown around and it was early still. I was disappointed. Lat time I shopped here was 3 years ago and I just don't like digging through things to find things. Other At Home stores I've been to are a lot better than...

My fiancé and I are very big on customer service, and are not the types to leave bad reviews. Due to not being able to reach corporate, we are leaving a review on here. We needed the managers help (AT THE WILMA RUDOLPH LOCATION IN CLARKSVILLE) with a question on a coupon we found online. She was very blunt and just RUDE with her answer, then just walked right away from us. When her (very nice) employee called her to the register a second time she came over and said, "what?", Just so unprofessional and careless. It would've been different if she showed interest and kindness even though the answer was still no about using the coupon we found, especially since it was a legitimate coupon site. Her attitude and the way she held herself as a manager was just disappointing. We see why they are under staffed now. :( I love this store, but now I know not to ask her for help again, or maybe even go back there! The lady at the register would make a better manager. This place is my weird, kind of cheap homegoods heaven! You need a rug? Their whole back wall is rugs! SO MANY RUGS. They've got some cheap, stylish furniture if that's your jam. They've got those hangers that have the velvety material on them to keep your sweaters from sliding off. They've got the little things that go on the bottoms of your furniture to keep your floor from getting all messed up. They've got A TON OF LAMPS! Whether this place is legit as cool as I think it is, or it's just my slow inevitable decline into being an age where one takes more pleasure in a good chair and a nice lamp than a loud concert and cheap beer, I think everybody should just go there and BUY SOME LAWN FURNITURE! The staff is friendly, the store isn't too noisy or anything, and they have SO MANY OPTIONS FOR ORGANIZING YOUR KITCHEN! They have A TON OF DIFFERENT CURTAIN RODS! Oh god, what's happening to me? Why am I so excited about curtain rods? They have really nice THRRRRRROOOOOOOWWWWWW PILLLOWWWWWWSSS!!!!...
