Listen IDK what has happened tonight Thursday may 2nd but the chef must be going thru a divorce bc it tasted flavorless and our waitress was moving and acting like she tried to call out bc her dog died but was forced to come in anyway bc the company doesn't see your dog as an immediate family member. It's custom to get served 1st drinks then, appetizers and finally main course. Tonight wasn't especially busy. It's just the husband and I. After waiting 10+mins maybe even longer. It was a while we finally pder drinks and since we waited so long we put in our dinner orders. We got a sweet tea and a beer and bread sticks out. Then our main meal came out and after some time the salad. I ordered the Alfredo fettuccine w broccoli and I knew when the hot food came out before the salad it wasnt gonna be good but it was confirmation when I saw the dish and the sauce was slopped on top like soup. The dish wasn't wiped down; presentation was very poor. But I give it shot maybe it just needs to be mixed together. I try a bite and it's flavorless noodles w hot milk topped with broccoli. I'm a waitress and a foodie and I rarely do this but I'm done spending $21+ gratuity on a meal w no flavor and no service. I mean I showed up w money and a smile. So I went to Togo's and asked for a manager. The waitress seems sweet but like I said she doesn't want to be there or be bothered. So the manger confesses to me that they ran out of Alfredo and used milk. I guess with time to sit it could have been better so she asked what I'd like instead. I asked for the lasagna. That came out super fast and with a butt load of cheese. It looked like a large wade of cheese was just thrown on and microwaved. We ended up getting our own Togo box and taking the lasagna home for our son who said he'd eat it. The husband got a bake ziti that could have used more sauce and less cheese. He also had to return his meal but got nothing. We just ate salad and bread sticks. So we got 1 tea and 1 beer and a lasagna; no refills bc she never came by but to take the order and drop the bill off which my husband says it came to $25. No manager came by. No one could be bothered to work tonight. I hope this was just a tonight thing. It won't matter I wouldn't come back; not like theyll care. I just can't believe they were ok with serving hot milk over noodles to folks and requesting full price l. Y'all are better off eating at yada if you want Italian. Ps the place looks like it's falling apart. The owner clearly doesn't care Abt the building so go figure your employees are sad and your managers have a cruel...

Read moreOlive Garden has always been a favorite dining spot for me – it was, or rather, used to be my go-to place for a comforting meal. However, my last visit there has left me with mixed feelings, leading me to rate it three stars this time.
As usual, I ordered my staple meal – a bowl of minestrone soup, salad, Coke, and breadsticks with an Alfredo sauce boat. The service, as always, was commendable. The server was attentive and quick, swiftly bringing out the food to the table. However, the experience took an unexpected turn when I discovered a huge bug in my soup as I began to stir it. Fortunately, the server was still at the table and promptly took away the bowl and spoon after witnessing the incident.
To her credit, she immediately offered a replacement for the soup, but I declined. About 5-10 minutes later, a manager approached and informed me that my entire meal would be comped. She explained that the greens used in the soup are not washed off, and a bug must have been in the bag. Although she was very friendly and apologetic about the incident, it significantly marred my dining experience.
That visit was the last time I ate at Olive Garden, a place I greatly miss. The incident with the bug in the soup has left me feeling paranoid about eating there again. It's a shame because Olive Garden has always been a place of comfort and enjoyment for me. I wish this experience hadn't happened, as it has affected my view of a restaurant I used to love. I hope that Olive Garden takes steps to ensure such incidents are avoided in the future so that others don't have to go through a...
