Let me preface what I'm about to say with this; I'm from Texas and I've been a fan since they were family owned and ran. Since they sold, hiring and firing practices have been hit or miss and this creates either a great location or a terrible location.
Regional managers need to be looking closely at customer complaints and adjusting accordingly. If it's the managers that customers are complaining about, get rid of them quickly. If it's the employees being complained about, managers need to step up to the plate.
All that aside, the reason this location is drive thru only is because staff is still under training. Dining area opens tomorrow (April 23). It's a very busy intersection and if you're trying to turn left coming out on 41A during heavy traffic, you're gonna have issues. To ease the burden of getting out, you can hang a right and get on the Pkwy, go down to the next light, get turned around. There are always alternate routes to get to where you need to go.
Operations, and as a result, quality should smooth out after the hype dies down and personnel stabilizes... at least that's what I'm hoping for. I love having that location 5 mins from my house and the 2 times I've been, have been very positive with nothing but upmost respect from the employees.
Those who've had bad experiences, please remember there are always hiccups out the gate. It'll get a lot better with the dining room open and available for problems with drive thru orders. Just remeber, you get the energy you put out.

Husband and I decided to grab lunch.
Customer Service: Employee taking order had a difficult time understanding what was being said, had to repeat several times. *See notes below regarding phone call with employee/management.
Wait Time: Received our milkshakes and were required to pay before meals were ready. Shakes were melted a bit. Waited for roughly twenty four minutes for food, after paying.
Expense: On the higher end for drive through fast food in the area.
X-2 DBL meat burger w/lrg cheese slice, Med fri and milkshake. $29.08
Food: Fries were room temperature, cold to the touch in bag. Hamburgers were good, aside from the expense and being at room temperature. Shakes were somewhat melted due to being filled prior to receiving food order.
Suggestion: Don't serve milkshakes before food is ready.
Someone should be making sure the food is at the proper temperature before serving to customers.
Phone call with employee(s)/manager(s): Called and asked for a manager (per review guidelines, names cannot be used).
First manager was rude, short, frustrated and seemed as if she didn't want to be there, or to listen to concerns.
Requested to speak to another manager, who apologized profusely about the food and then went on to offer a free meal, plus dessert. She mentioned that the other manager was busy helping team members at the time of my call.
Recommendations: We do NOT recommend this business.

Read moreI went thru the the drive thru around 11pm and my order was missing cheese and no butter/syrup for two pancake platters. Luckily I live nearby so I figured I'd go back and quickly get my order fixed. Nope. When I returned there was a line and there was a 45 minute pause at the car before me. She takes their order and I get to the speaker and she says the system is down and she can't do anything for some time so I say I just need my order fixed and condiments I'll come inside. There was a line of irate customers. One guy said he was waiting 35 mins for his order. Another woman comes up behind me irritated asking for her order to be fixed. I told the manager I need a new sandwich and to put cheese like previously requested and butter/syrup that I never got along with utensils. It takes him approximately 10 mins to make an egg sandwich with cheese and mayo and it wasn't even hot. I was picking up an order for my friend and her father and they were agitated when I came back but had to explain how ridiculous it was to fix our order let alone have cold pancakes and a melted malt because I didn't want to keep them waiting any longer.
