I made an appointment there on Sunday, 9-12-21 for 10:30 AM on Tuesday. I got there, and there was an old man sitting on the chairs and I thought he was a customer because he didn’t introduce himself to me and he just rudely asked what I was there for. I told him I was there for a road trip check - he asked what specifically I wanted looked at. I said it’s just a check that they do before a road trip. Again, I did not know who he was. I thought he was just being a nosy customer. I had told him that I was there for an appointment and he said that they don’t do appointments there. Finally, a lady came from the car bay and she asked what I was there for. I told her I had a 10:30 appointment for a free road trip check. She said that they don’t do appointments and that they were backed up for two weeks and if I wanted to then they might be able to squeeze me in at 2 o’clock. She didn’t even know what all was included with the free road trip check, which is on their website, so I pulled it up and I showed her what it was and she said that they don’t even do the air conditioning check there and that they never have and corporate keeps putting it on there when they know that this location does not do air-conditioning checks. I guess it was because I was there for something free, but I was willing to pay for work that they would’ve found to be done on my vehicle. I guess they just decided I was not worth their time, but these people that I dealt with were supremely rude. I don’t understand how you can run a business and not do appointments. Maybe that is why they are two weeks behind schedule, but I have never in my entire life encountered a situation like this before and it...
Read moreThis business is not the "norm" for car repairs these days. But just as I don't want to go to a church with big screen monitors, I don't want to take our vehicles to some overpriced nincompoop express shop that will overcharge us and do poor quality work. I haven't had to have any repairs done since I moved here, so I was anxious to find someplace I could trust. Previous customers wrote about their "drop off" service. So, I asked about that when I sought repairs. I didn't have anyone to drop me off but I had someone that could get me back there after my repairs were made. My boyfriend priced the parts that we thought I needed. And when I told him the bill at this shop, they charged very little in comparison to every other place. Mine and my families car repairs are going to go through this business. It's a locally owned and operated business and I'll go through this business before I try anyone else. I was there five minutes before they opened. I wasn't there 15 minutes before the owner was driving me back home to wait on the estimate and repairs. Support local family businesses! They matter! Thanks...
Read moreI was looking to get a second opinion on my brakes as Toyota said I needed some. I know how dealers can try to upsell. They were very polite when I called told me to come on in for a free inspection, first come first serve basis no appointment. I went in right when they opened on a Friday morning. Nancy was beyond welcoming as soon as I stepped in the building. I let her know my situation as I’m getting ready for a long trip. They checked my brakes turns out I did need them. She said we’ll get you all taken care of honey. She was so sweet, even offered me a cup of coffee, sat and talked with me for a bit. From the moment of inspection to install to done I must have waited maybe a little over an hour, which is amazing. Not mention they didn’t charge an arm and a leg. I highly recommend their shop, they've been here for years, family owned. Really lovely people, I felt...
