Purchased a mattress along with two pillows and mattress protector from the store manager at this location on a Sunday. Was told our mattress would definitely be available by Wednesday, which it was. Got the text to come pick up the mattress, showed up and the doors were locked with lights on and no one would answer the phone, even the numbers we were given to reach out for any questions or open the door. No big deal, came back the next day after missing another day of work just to find out that the store once again is locked with lights on. The manager was able to text me to let me know my mattress was in and could come pick it up, but couldn’t message me to let me know the store would be closed on both days I was told I could get my mattress. So this means, another day of missing work, making another trip all the way out of my way, using more gas and sleeping on the floor again with my newborn baby. This is such an inconvenience and waste of time. I understand things happen and things come up, but at least reach out to people and let them know what’s going on before they have to go through what we had to experience. Read moreI was helped by Melanie. She was amazing. I honestly couldn’t have asked for better service. She allowed us to browse comfortably and when we were ready for her assurance we called her over. She gave us a great demonstration of the features we liked and helped us select the products that would be best for us.
My husband and I are so satisfied with our experience here. We felt valued and respected as customers, and felt that Melanie really considered our needs physically when selecting a mattress that works for us both. We are now so excited for our bed to bed delivered and set up tomorrow (only two days, maybe less technically, from our order date! That’s so amazing I can’t even believe it)
My advice: if you need a new mattress come here, ask for Melanie. She’ll make sure you get something for you, and won’t even try to upsell you. Well unless you want to, I definitely upsold myself. I got a stellar deal and amazing service. Not only did she make my day, Melanie helped make what has been a super stressful move to a new place a lot less stressful. Thank you so much!

Just went into the store to look around and I saw a mattress that I liked. The rep looked up my information and notified me that my old mattress had a 10 year warranty. She explained to me in great detail how to start the claim. I was able to submit a claim return the mattress just bought from the other retailer and selected a new mattress for about $250 (way less that what I initially had spent on the mattress I initially bought).
