Read moreThis place used to be pretty consistent in my limited experience, but the last few times have been awful. Terrible stocking/product management or they are just too lazy to get the products from storage. How are you out of all 6 flavors (different flavors) each time.. weeks apart from each other?
When trying to exchange products they are completely fine with you, the customer, paying more for items you don’t receive.. but if you have the audacity to ask for an item 50 cents more expensive, they outright refuse. She said well I don't have cash in the drawer yet but we can make u a milkshake. I said oh really r u sure. she said yeah of course. I said well awesome and I'm paying with a card anyways. She told me to pull around to the window. She finished putting the money in the drawer and had the other worker start the milkshake. Took my money and I was VERY APPRECIATIVE. I told her how much I appreciated it and said that us pregnant ladies need our milkshakes when we need them. She laughed and just seemed like a very genuine...
