My husband and I purchased a large sectional from this location in April, and by July it was already falling apart. The seams on the cushions began separating, and feathers started coming out. When I called about the warranty, I was told I should have never received one since this store only sells floor models, and which are not covered. That’s frustrating, because the salesperson made it seem like we were getting a great deal with the warranty included instead of paying a delivery fee.

For first-time furniture buyers, I strongly recommend avoiding places like this. Either buy brand-new or shop from Facebook Marketplace, you’ll likely find pieces in far better condition. Stores like this profit by selling floor models that have been sat on, used, and displayed for years in their showrooms before being moved here and sold as if they’re still worth full price.

Lesson learned: buy new or buy directly from someone reselling their furniture. You’ll save money and end up with something better cared for than what’s being pushed at...

Isaiah and Jackie were the best. When entering Furniture Connection I was greeted with a warm smile and a friendly welcome by Isaiah. He asked me if he could assist me and I stated that I was just looking.

I saw a discontinued coffee table that I was interested in purchasing. I asked him for assistance. It was a set (coffee and end tables) I only needed the coffee table and he made that happen. He was such a delightful and helpful young man. So willing to help, and ensured me that I was satisfied with my purchase. You certainly don’t see that kind of customer service anymore.

When I was ready to check out, Jackie, with her warm smile assisted me. She asked if there was anything else that I needed. I let the both of them know that I was interested in purchasing a bed. Isaiah informed me that I could set up an appointment with him and he would explain the different kinds of mattresses and bed frames that are available. We visited this location on Friday, searching for a living room furniture set. Isaiah greeted us when we entered and asked if he could assist us but we just wanted to browse on our own for a bit. He told us he would be available should we have any questions and he definitely was! We called him over a few times for different inquiries and he promptly answered our questions and then allowed us to continue browsing. Finally, we told him we’d like to check another place or two before we made a final decision on what we’d like to purchase and we left.

On Saturday, we returned to make the purchase and Jackie helped us complete the transaction. We didn’t deal with Jackie a whole lot - mostly just Isaiah. He is very pleasant and knowledgeable about the products but not pushy or overbearing like some sales people can be.
