Will most likely NEVER go back and most likely NEVER recommend them. There were 6 of us that went to an early dinner on a fairly empty restaurant on a Saturday evening that went so wrong. 1st it took way too long to get the orders to our table in excess of 25 mins. Again note that the establishment was basically empty and a table of 4 that came in after us, ordered after us started to receive their orders before us. As if that weren’t bad enough when the orders did arrive my wife’s salad did not. There was a variety of salads, veal parmesan, basic fish N chips, mine...swordfish all came out together but not hers. Then when I turned to see about her order one of the group stated, "why is our waitress filling ice water for others and not addressing or getting her salad". So I went to look into it and have to speak LOUDLY to get her attention only to get a lame excuse which I would have accepted except it was said to me with typical youngster attitude..."they will let me know as soon as it is ready I will bring it" It came and she was happy till she had to find a way to flag her down yet again for a refill on her soft drink...Everyone was eating in a bit of a hurry as it took so long to get our food and we were on our way to the movies there was yet another and more grievous error. I had bit into a piece of my entre to find a rancid piece which killed my appetite. Since our waitress at this point did not pay attention to our table for whatever reason I chose to remove the plate from our table to give to her to dispose of so the others would not have to see a wadded up napkin in plate while they were eating and rather than being gracious I was told that she “didn’t know what or want to do anything as she knew that no matter what I would make a scene”. I regrettably replied a little louder than normal “that if she wanted to see a scene, I would be happy to oblige her, that all I wanted is to remove this from the site of my wife and friends while they were still eating.” Time to pay and while I never expected management to remove the item from my bill as I ate more than ½ my meal I did expect to hear from management before time to pay so imagine my surprise and my friends astonishment when the owner came to the register and rather than offer any form of reasonable explanation of apology started a HEATED argument with 3 out of the 6 of us and loud too. She took my dinner off the bill which I told her “don’t bother that this was NOT my motive” all the while fueling the fire with additional sarcastic remarks. Now at the end of it all my final words were that I too have F&B (Food & Beverage) background and NEVER have I EVER been treated in such a manner. That we would most likely never be back nor never recommend this place to anyone. She said, “have a blessed night and no problem”. Having F&B background, 25+ yrs. in retail management, a dad, a grandpa etc, I understand that EVERYONE is entitled to that off day or night BUT never have I EVER encountered such belligerent treatment as a paying patron. I hope that this can be used as a learning tool for them as I do not wish any ill will towards them. Rather to quote management "Bless them...

First experience for my husband & I and highly unlikely we would go back. Service was very good, no complaints thr foid however which is of course the reason for the visit was well below our expectations. My husband ordered a grilled cod dinner plate. The fish was horrible, wasn't grilled looked & tasted more like breaded then fried on grill top. Was dry very rubbery like texture, the green beans were the frozen sort (yuck) with no seasoning, the sauted red potatoes were barely palatable & lacked seasoning. My chicken parm was barely edible, the chicken being decent and the pasta sauce lacked alot of flavor. We sent it all back & opted for reordering a cheeseburger ×2. This is a small size Chef salad (10USD, tax included). I was surprised when the waitress brought it to me. I asked if this was a large size. She said it was a small salad and that people could actually share their large size! The salad comes with bread and dressings. And as for a ketoer, I asked for a replacement of the bread. She offered me he choices of extra cheese/meat for the bread replacement. The dressing here was blue cheese. I also replaced the boiled eggs to scrambled eggs. In the noon, they are really in a hurry. Although the scrambled eggs were missing in the first time, she added the eggs for me after I mentioned this issue. Overall a good place for quick bites.
