My experience dealing with the Xfinity Comcast store was, tragically wretched I went in to inquire as to where the money that they had been taken from me since September even though I went in and cancelled my account. They have been billing me monthly since I dropped them as I was required to move due to family health concerns. I'm awaiting a refund they owe me of close to $700 and for some foolish reason they still haven't sent the money that they themselves admit that I'm am owed by them. I've been fighting for months attempting to ascertain where the money they owe me actually is!!! Meantime I continue to receive calls from them saying why haven't you turned in all your equipment and why aren't you paying your bills... I visited the store personally three times and explained the same damn thing each time. They admit they owe me the money and that a check is in the mail... I haven't seen it and I'm in desperate need at this point as I need the funding to assist caring for my parents who are each quite ill right now. I'm extremely upset beyond words that I should use here. I have no idea what the delay is as even they admit that I was over build for those months. To stop them from withdrawing money from my account automatically I had to go to my bank and sign some documents and force them to refuse payment to Comcast. Meanwhile they continue to phone me and asked me to return all the equipment... This is something I did already. I believe the date I returned the boxes and equipment and such was September 5th... So if you intend on using Comcast Xfinity, never placed them on automatic payment as they've proven themselves quite untrustworthy to say the least. I love the programming as I've had their services for many many years and this is the things that...
Read moreIf you have been frustrated with xfinity because we all know they are terrible with customer service on the phone, you need to visit this store. Please read this review because this store really helped me and changed my view of xfinity. You see Xfinity makes new cable boxes every so often and the new ones are faster and more efficient. I used to have the X1 only in my living room and basement and I had just the basic channels in all of my bedrooms. I went to this store and now I have on demand and DVR in every single room in my house and my bill didn't change at all. You need to do this if you have one of the smaller boxes that only has basic channels. Take every single xfinity product that is in your home and put it in a box. I mean everything, all cable boxes, remotes, and power cords. Make sure that you bring all power cords and remotes. You don't need to bring coax cables or HDMI cables, just the power cords (the cord that plugs your cable box into the wall). Even bring your xfinity router or modem too with the power cord also. Every modem, router, and cable box all in one big box and bring it to this store. You will walk in and they will put your name on the list and just sit and relax it might be like 15-20 minutes before you see someone. Just take your box to the counter and just say I would like all new boxes. They will hook you up with everything. I walked out with all new cable boxes and I set them up in my hose and I have the X1 in every single room now and my bill didn't go up at all. I still have the same exact bill. Please do this because xfinity won't tell you that you have old boxes, you just need to go there and get new ones. Hope...

Xfinity Free phone Scam
It is totally a scam!!!!!
"Xfinity free phone scam!!!:
I received a call from Xfinity agent, trying to sell a phone with promotion on Jan,8, 2024.
The agent said: the phone (Samsung Galaxy A54 5G) will be free when I port a new number in 30 days.
I accepted the offer and the phone was received with a number.
I ported a new phone number (66-67-**28).
I think the deal is done. But I recently noticed Xfinity is charging $18.74 x 24 months for the 10-month device.
I contacted Xfinity. And they claimed the new number was ported in Feb, 2024, which is after 30 days.
I have printed the confirmation email of the number transfer from Google Voice.
I have printed the call record (17 mins call) on Jan 18 between two lines ((66-67-28, 81*-33*-28). Both are with Xfinity mobile and they should have the record.
This is the evidence that the new number was ported successfully and in effect.
Xfinity so far has been refusing to refund the device or apply the promotion.
Xfinity insisted that the new number 66-67-**28 was ported on Feb. 15, which invalidated the promotion.
I have filed a complain to BBB Better Business Bureau and happy to provide any document I mentioned
I have spent more than 20 hours chatting and talking to more than10 Xfinity agents, No solution.
Money paid to...
