Read moreShowed up for all you can eat Shrimp nite. Sat for a while due to the crowd. Once we were finally asked about drinks it was quick and very awkward. Then finally once we got around to placing the order it was again very awkward. My teenage sone didn’t realize you had no choice of separating the side. They come only 2 ways and that’s house choice. You know kids are picky and when you pay too dollar for all you can eat you’d expect a little courtesy. A simple explanation would have been sufficient. First batch came out maybe 30/45 later and the shrimp was cold. So to finally seal the deal that we’ll not return there was once the second helping was brought out.The second helping was actually warm and surprised me. We wrapped up and my son had a small portion left over. He politely asked for a to go box. And was told, you have to ask for a box before they bring the last helping? So I’m all for rules. But there was no explanation prior to there process and our food that cost a pretty penny was then threw in the trash. I’d like a chance for a explanation because I don’t believe in talking down on local businesses. But when you lack the effort to explain everything prior to your service,...
Read moreA customer came to pick up his order, then left. Another lady came in to pick up her to go order. The counter called the man who’d just left because they gave him her order. They told the lady to wait and he would be back soon and charged her for her order (like $28) and said wait he’s be bringing it back.
The customer arrives back with her order, after he was given it and was called to bring back, after at least 15+minutes of leaving.
They were going to give that order to the original customer who was sitting waiting for her order. No credit for her, charged full Price… sit here and wait for a stranger to come bring your order back. (?!?!!)
Long story… We finally said something and both parties were like- can you remake my order and can I have my original order!? And the dude who was given the first order was like- (when they asked for the first order back) can I just have what I orders and paid for? He took his original order from the kitchen and left with the first order he was going to return and they kept asking for.
What a fiasco and what a circus!
Why would you take food back from a stranger who’d had it for a good amount of time and resell it?!?!!
We just left. Lost...
