The service could be better. I think it's weird to ask for a tip before you even get any service. I have left a tip 99% of the time despite the fact they never pick up my plate off the table or provide me any service once I get my food. If we're expected to tip people for simply making our food (although we pay for the food) everybody should be tipping everybody even going through drive thru at Wendy's, McDonald's, Burger King, any place that fixes your food.The person in front of me in line did not leave a tip but got her food delivered to her table and the staff picked up her plate when she was done eating. I saw them also do that for a couple of other customers. No, it was not busy at the time and no they had not been waiting a long time for their food. They had all ordered just before me and they got their food in a timely manner so they were not being extra nice because of the wait. I have never received any extra service despite going there almost every day and leaving the tip therefore I will be no longer be leaving a tip if I return. I guess you get better service if you don't leave a tip. Today I went there and I asked for a large drink that I paid over $7 for yet I get a little more than half a cup of juice . She had already put ice in it and after noticing it was barely more than half a cup of juice....she proceeds to fill the rest of it up with more ice. I did not pay $7 for a cup of ice. If you see you didn't put enough juice in the person's cup give them more juice don't short them and fill it...
Read moreThis is a great local place to sit down and relax/do your work. I don't come often but enough that I know they are nice people. Recently I went to get a coffee and some sandwiches for my kids while I made a grocery trip. My coffee came fast and was hot. We waited a little over an hr and did not get our sandwiches. I asked if they could be canceled as I had to get back to work and my dairy items couldn't sit any longer with out going bad. They believe another customer took our order by mistake as they were calling another name for a while with no answer. They were kind enough to give us an order on them for this mistake and refunded what we paid. At first I was annoyed, not at them but just the situation, but as a local business owner myself I do understand that things can go wrong and mistakes happen. I came back today and everyone was very nice and we got what we wanted last time. Everything came out great, the sausage on the sandwich has a kick which I personally like and the coffee was great as usual. For anyone who gives up on a business after something goes wrong I recommend the baseball approach; 1, 2, 3 times your out. (Try them at least 3 times spread out before giving up) I would suggest that the bistro uses numbers for their orders instead of names as some times people can have the same name or can hear it wrong ❤️ we will be back and I look forward to having some business meetings here...
Read moreSunday 6/5/22 I came to pick up my drinks that was ordered through Grubhub and went to pick them up about 25 mins after ordering them “because they are just teas that wouldn’t think would take long” When walking in just like I seen in the reviews I was not greeted when I walked in like everyone else was. I also stood waiting patiently as other people walked in was greeted and made sure their order was already took even though I had been in there already 15 minutes without a greet or making sure I was taking care of. An order was called out that I THOUGHT could have been mine because i ordered the same thing under the same name and the young lady with green in her hair who worked there made a very disgusted face and stated that wasn’t my order and I apologized as I was so embarrassed just seeing the look on her face. After that I was thinking I would maybe be next but instead 8 more people walked in… ordered and got their drinks before I did… EVEN THOUGH I PRE ORDERED AND ALREADY PAID ONLINE. They even closed early as they was running out of tea but I was still the last one to even get my order of the tea that was left over. I have never been so embarrassed or even treated like that before but I guarantee it’ll be the last time I’d get treated like that there again.
