Subway — Restaurant in North Carolina

We enjoy subway when done right. Quick and easy sub shop that used to be cost affordable. Things went south here when trying to order a BMT and replace the ham with turkey because my daughter loves the old Turkey Italiano which is a BMT with no ham but replaced as turkey. I was told there would be an extra charge. Why is there an extra charge for swapping two equally inventory cost meats on a sandwich? Doesn't cost Subway anymore. I also was getting a Turkey Cali so I made my point by getting the subs and unwrapping them at the table and swapping the meats myself. The manager or maybe owner came over and offered to remake the sandwiches and that was kind, but unnecessary as the sandwiches were made properly, I simply didn't want to pay extra just for swapping ham with turkey. If you like sandwiches without customization than Subway is...

Sent my husband tonight nov 5 2020 to subway in Clayton NC over by flowers garden to pick up our order and one of the subs was incorrect..I called the store and was told they don't fix this issue sub was dry to much salt and pepper no oil and very little vinegar and was told that no longer have sweet onion sauce that teriyaki is the new sweet sour..naw that dont work they 2 different flavor..either sweet onion chicken teriyaki or just teriyaki chicken..I refuse to eat the sub and will be taking it to management..the young man is rude disrespectful and if he can't read right and order form then he needs to be fired or quit one the 2..this is not not the first problem with this store but will be the last..subway has lost my biz for good be nice if yall would give me money back or...

Place was supposed to be open until 9. Went just before 8 and the drink machines were cut off so only able to get sandwiches and chips and no combos. Didn’t have any more meatballs for the evening (this is the 2nd time we have been after 7pm and had this issue.) being unable to get combos made the Order incredibly more expensive than it normally would have been. Once we walked out. They cut the lights out (just after 8pm.) Drink machines shouldn’t be cut off and disassembled until the store closes, and if store is going to be closing and hour earlier than posted it should be posted on the door. Again, 2nd time this has happened at this location....
