Food is hit or miss. Ordered from here 2 times this week and both times I have been disappointed.
The first time I ever ordered from here when it first opened, I got 24 wings medium sauce with lemon pepper seasoning. The wings were wrong but the manager comped me the same meal so no big deal. The next time we ate here I received my comp meal of 24 wings and they were spot on perfect! Crispy, hot/fresh sauced and seasoned exactly how I asked for. That night everyone enjoyed their food.
Early This week- I ordered 2 hickory burger meals. Both of them sopping wet in bbq sauce so bad that we couldn’t eat our burgers, but at least the fries were good. Tonight I figured we’d give the wings another shot. When I called to place my order the service I received wasn’t even subpar and I felt the lady on the phone to be a little on the disrespectful/rude side. I couldn’t even hear her because the background was so loud, and she obviously didn’t hear me very well because my wings were incorrect AGAIN! I opened my wings and low and behold I’m disappointed AGAIN- a box of all drums. I don’t even like drums, nor did I ask for all drums. I actually prefer all flats but since I wasn’t the only one eating them I didn’t order all flats. Shouldn’t be an up charge for all flats if you’re handing out all drums randomly. Tonight my wings weren’t crispy but they had a rather Slimy feeling skin, if there was ANY sauce on them at all I couldn’t taste it. I order my wings the same every time from every place I get them, crispy medium lemon pepper. That’s what I asked for tonight and that’s not what I received. I haven’t ate all day after a 15hr work day all I wanted was some good chicken wings.
This place has all the potential there is but if you can’t be consistent then I’m not sure we will spend our money here. Multiple family members have eaten here several times and We’ve all had similar encounters . One day the food is good, next day it’s terrible, same goes with the service.
As for the atmosphere I can’t speak on that because we order take out each time, longest I’ve been inside was to pick up my order.
I’m not sure I want to waste my money on food I’m not happy with. We may give coach’s another shot in the future but it won’t be...
Read moreFirst of all don't sit by the north door in the bar if you want service from the bartender, or if it's cold outside. Burger was disappointing in multiple areas, how does a restaurant run out of cheese? There is a grocery store 2 blocks away. Contrary to the yellow onions listed in the menu, the burger was ruined by a skunky god awful purple onion and some gross pickles. Credit to cook tho for my special order for well done fries, they could have used one more minute in the fryer, l still they were much better than the barely cooked limp fries restaurant typically insist on serving, so extra star. Minus one star for bartender being too busy to walk to the end of the bar for 20min to refill my beer, finally had to beg a manager guy for my 2nd beer. Shame because I probably would have had 3 if I could only get service. No specials or recommendations likely because the bartender didn't care to talk to anyone but her friends setting down by...

I’ve been to Coaches twice now while out on a motorcycle ride with friends, and it’s quickly becoming our favorite stop. Both times we’ve gone, there’s been no wait, which is practically unheard of nowadays…especially when the food and service are this good and it was right after lunch time. But we’ve been during lunch and we still got seated quickly.
The environment is simple but just works. You don’t need over-the-top décor or hype when the staff is friendly, the food is consistently excellent, and the pricing is fair for the quality you get.
There’s a “fancier” spot a couple doors down that gets all the attention, but the hour-plus wait just isn’t worth it when Coaches delivers everything we need without the hassle. From now on, when we’re riding through the area, we’re pulling into Coaches without hesitation.
Big shoutout to the staff—y’all are killing it. See...
