I had placed an order around 5:30 and when my order was done online I went to the store to pick up When I got there I stated my name and they could not find me they said my pizza was in oven after everyone looked at each other and I’d nothing. I waited another 20-25 min and then went to them and asked again! Once again they looked and then saw my pizza on top of rack and just gave it to me cold !!!!!! I was just stunned That they said “ oh well!” I ask for a manager and an African American walked over indifferently and ask me what was wrong. I explained what happened and he literally just looked at me and he said that it was still good . I said it was cold !! He said it was ok and then walked away. Not even a sorry. Omg. I have never left a review like this since, but since I am a GM at a local restaurant for 11 plus yrs and have rarely allowed anyone close to this indifferent attitude work for me and would appreciate someone letting me know about this person . I have great people and know how important they are to my business. I had to go home and cook my pizza ,……. I would have saved a lot of time and money to just bake my Dijornio pizza . Rudeness , indifference, lack of urgency and not making the customer feel good about their visit are the death of a business. Read moreDON’T ORDER FROM HERE. THEY STEAL YOUR MONEY. Worst pizza delivery experience of my life. First of all, the app offered me Parmesan bread knots for an extra dollar, and I decided to add them to my order. It said the total was $15.45. When the driver arrived, I was told the total was $21.84. She told me that the knots were $6, and I told her the app offered them for $1 and that I didn’t want them that much, and tried to give them back to her. After several minutes of this, she finally took my $20 bill (CASH) and I took my now-cold food.
I opened up the boxes inside, only to find that the two extra sauce pizzas I ordered had been made with light sauce. One slice was completely a bubble, no sauce, cheese, or toppings. I tried to eat it but found it to dry and tasteless (this is why I always get my pizzas with extra sauce). Complete waste of my money.
And then this morning, two days after I ordered, I notice my bank account is missing money. I go to check it out and see that there’s a new charge: $21.84 from Dominos.
So let me get this straight. I click a deal on the app for bread knots for $1, and they try to charge me $6 for it. I give the driver $20 cash for what is supposed to be a $15 order, and then two days later am charged the wrong price of $21.84 on my card. And I didn’t even get what I ordered. $41.84 for food I did not eat.

Read moreThis Clayton, North Carolina Domino's really goes the extra mile to make sure that I am happy with my order. I really love the contactless curbside delivery too. The one time that they didn't get my order right, the regional manager, Mike, gave me a store credit to make it right immediately when I called the next day about the order.
Having said this, I will say that I am not happy that they made a decision to stop delivery to my area. We have lived in Clayton since 2005, and about 2 or 3 years ago they stopped delivering to my area, and the Smithfield North Carolina Domino's doesn't deliver to our area either. So, if I want to order from here I have to drive up here to pick up my order, and of course by the time I get the pizza home, it isn't nice and hot like it would be if it was delivered to our house. I wish there was someone that we could speak with that could change the delivery route back to what it used to be. There are 3 brand new residential subdivisions being built in our area right now, not to mention the size of my own subdivision! Domino's is losing a boatload of money/profits by refusing to deliver to our area. Of course, someone could build another Domino's that is closer to our area, and that would solve the problem completely! Outside of this complaint, I don't have anything bad to say about this...
