Horrible experience. Pizza was burnt. Called to speak to manager and explain pizza was burnt and response we recieved was unacceptable. We did not ask for a refund just pizza to be remade and pick up next day since we live outside delivery zone. We were asked to save the pizza to show. So my mom asked him if he could have the pizza recooked by the time we got there. When we showed up he didn’t even attempt or have the pizza made. I drive back up there to show the burnt pizza and the manager proceeded to tell me that’s not burnt it’s cooked and when my mom said even the cheese is hard the response from him was that’s because it’s cold. I was very disappointed in how your manger treats customers. Explained the website says to call store and we will fix it but he did all but fix it except infuriate me with his lack of customer service skills. Also I explained that I worked long hours today and last thing I wanted to do is drive back up here and his response to me was so have I. He blankly lied saying he never asked us to bring the pizza back. Why would a customer drive back up unless you asked us to. To add insult after finally refunding the pizza, he wouldn’t throw the pizza out and told me I had to throw it away he couldn’t accept it or toss it. I had to walk it outside to the dumpster to throw away in back of store.

Called 1 minute ago to claim a credit . When asked to speak to Briana they gave the phone to a “manager “ he was so rude . So while trying to give him the correct number the second time he got sassy and kept saying he was not issuing a credit for an order placed nine months ago according to the number at this point he kept repeating that he was not issuing a credit and kept talking over me . I explained to him that I did not quite remember having to always enter a number and that I almost order once a month if not more and the past two times they were more than 2 1/2 hours late . I asked him 2 times to let me talk because he kept repeating himself .He then said it was required by law to have a phone number ,that’s when I realized I was talking to an amateur, and asked to speak to someone that knew what they were doing and just when I remembered the old phone number he again said he was not issuing a credit again for the 10th time and hung up on me !!Over 100 orders since 2016 . Dominos in clayton , on my pizza profile ! You will not be receiving my money any longer

As I told him, it was already late, we don’t live nearby, and this was simply not a reasonable request. Every alternative I proposed was met with the same dismissive response: “You can just bring it back; we’ll replace it.” He even suggested we bring it back the next day seriously? A day-old pizza? His tone was completely nonchalant and showed no genuine concern for the fact that my family didn’t get a proper dinner, despite paying for it. It felt like he couldn’t care less. This is not the level of service I expect from Domino’s, and I hope this issue is addressed appropriately.

I had placed an order around 5:30 and when my order was done online I went to the store to pick up When I got there I stated my name and they could not find me they said my pizza was in oven after everyone looked at each other and I’d nothing. I waited another 20-25 min and then went to them and asked again! Once again they looked and then saw my pizza on top of rack and just gave it to me cold !!!!!! I was just stunned That they said “ oh well!” I ask for a manager and an African American walked over indifferently and ask me what was wrong. I explained what happened and he literally just looked at me and he said that it was still good . I said it was cold !! He said it was ok and then walked away. Not even a sorry. Omg. I have never left a review like this since, but since I am a GM at a local restaurant for 11 plus yrs and have rarely allowed anyone close to this indifferent attitude work for me and would appreciate someone letting me know about this person . I have great people and know how important they are to my business. I had to go home and cook my pizza ,……. I would have saved a lot of time and money to just bake my Dijornio pizza . Rudeness , indifference, lack of urgency and not making the customer feel good about their visit are the death of a business. Think your mgr needs training but since he does not have basic skill sets to even try , I would not waste my time. Just know this man is in wrong business but could not even think of what business he...

DON’T ORDER FROM HERE. THEY STEAL YOUR MONEY. Worst pizza delivery experience of my life. First of all, the app offered me Parmesan bread knots for an extra dollar, and I decided to add them to my order. It said the total was $15.45. When the driver arrived, I was told the total was $21.84. She told me that the knots were $6, and I told her the app offered them for $1 and that I didn’t want them that much, and tried to give them back to her. After several minutes of this, she finally took my $20 bill (CASH) and I took my now-cold food.

I opened up the boxes inside, only to find that the two extra sauce pizzas I ordered had been made with light sauce. One slice was completely a bubble, no sauce, cheese, or toppings. I tried to eat it but found it to dry and tasteless (this is why I always get my pizzas with extra sauce). Complete waste of my money.

And then this morning, two days after I ordered, I notice my bank account is missing money. I go to check it out and see that there’s a new charge: $21.84 from Dominos.

So let me get this straight. I click a deal on the app for bread knots for $1, and they try to charge me $6 for it. I give the driver $20 cash for what is supposed to be a $15 order, and then two days later am charged the wrong price of $21.84 on my card. And I didn’t even get what I ordered. $41.84 for food I did not eat.

This Clayton, North Carolina Domino's really goes the extra mile to make sure that I am happy with my order. I really love the contactless curbside delivery too. The one time that they didn't get my order right, the regional manager, Mike, gave me a store credit to make it right immediately when I called the next day about the order.

Having said this, I will say that I am not happy that they made a decision to stop delivery to my area. We have lived in Clayton since 2005, and about 2 or 3 years ago they stopped delivering to my area, and the Smithfield North Carolina Domino's doesn't deliver to our area either. So, if I want to order from here I have to drive up here to pick up my order, and of course by the time I get the pizza home, it isn't nice and hot like it would be if it was delivered to our house. I wish there was someone that we could speak with that could change the delivery route back to what it used to be. There are 3 brand new residential subdivisions being built in our area right now, not to mention the size of my own subdivision! Domino's is losing a boatload of money/profits by refusing to deliver to our area. Of course, someone could build another Domino's that is closer to our area, and that would solve the problem completely! Outside of this complaint, I don't have anything bad to say about this...
