First of all, I’m not one to leave reviews but this place shocks me by the attitudes every person has. I agree with everyone else saying the morning staff is rude and the food is cold. They act like you’re inconveniencing them by even being there and everyone there walks around like a sloth. I always place my mobile order 10-15 min before getting there. One morning I got there and my coffee was ready but my 2 donuts weren’t there. After standing there for a few minutes with them walking by me and ignoring me I said “excuse me” to the girl making coffee. She looked at me with the most annoyed look (didn’t even say anything). I said “I’m supposed to have 2 glazed donuts”. She said to give her a minute and I kid you not, FIVE minutes later she got my donuts. I ended up being late for work that day. Another time I got there and my food was ready but not my coffee. A lady (I think the manager) asked what I was waiting on and I told her my coffee. She said they just gave it out in drive thru and asked if I was supposed to be drive thru. I said no, then I wouldn’t have food ready and y’all gave it away either way. Then she made me a new one while saying “woosah woosah” under her breath not knowing I could hear her. I said “I don’t know why you’re upset with me, I ordered it 15 min ago”. She said “our computer systems are messing up” with an attitude. Then this morning I go to pick up my mobile order and the doors are locked. The lady at the front looks at me and walks out the door on the other side and comes to ask how she can help me. I told her I had a mobile order and she walked away without saying anything. I assumed she was getting my order. A few minutes later another girl unlocked the doors, came outside smoking her vape, looked around the parking lot, and went back inside. I was so confused on what was going on at this point but I saw someone else walk in so I went in. I asked the lady with pink hair why they had the doors locked and she FLIPPED OUT on me saying “we’re short staffed, we had people call out, I didn’t have any mobile orders ready yet and I didn’t have time to take orders from people walking in so I ain’t about to have the doors open on Friday cause it’s our busiest day” and went on and on. Even another co-worker asked her what was wrong with her. This was my final straw. I’m a dental assistant and we’re constantly short staffed and actually have patients to see. We don’t lock doors to prevent them coming in, don’t get an attitude with them for just being there, and still complete the work we’re supposed to do. I am so done with this place. Read moreExperience was very disappointing the workers, Assistant Managers and Manager in the morning is very unprofessional what happen to sweet manager that was there before the guy had a great attitude when taking order along with his assistant, that girl was terrific every morning with joy in her voice, I came by close to noon and watch the assistant manager and two other workers walk to the parking lot to smoke drugs the place is always dirty no donuts worker are extremely rude Manager ridiculous with her attitude every in the morning is rude, my wife went there two days ago and the lady at the window slam window in her face the caught a attitude she try speaking with manager but no one ever came back to the window bread was burnt coffee had over to much expresso and bugs everywhere this dunkin is trash with rude workers and management sucks I will be reporting this every morning instead of me stoping to this dunkin which is closer to my home I drive a extra 20 min to Clayton now she’s needs to be running that dunkin or bring that the previous workers and managers when this store open this store is very disappointing...
Read moreHonestly seems like they can’t keep staff. Going back a few months ago service was great and staff was so friendly and knew me by first and last name since I went 1-2 times daily (especially morning crew 645-7am). Today I went in and all younger people but the female with a long brown braid blatantly ignored me, knew I was standing trying to place my order for 7 minutes and was on her phone pretending to pour coffee in an ice coffee cup while she was on Snapchat/social media. Thank god the male came and asked tif I’ve been serviced and helped me since I was paying cash. Service was terrible and unfortunately after weeks of terrible service changes not being correct and orders being made incorrectly again and again I won’t be returning to this franchise again. Used to be my favorite daily mornin/late lunch coffee place but unfortunately I’d rather be overcharged by Starbucks for coffee for better service and lines that don’t move for up to 20 minutes.
