This was a cute cafe with a group of sweet front of the house staff. It was obvious that it was a team who supported one another even through their busiest times. I recently managed a cafe for 6 years so I know a good team when I see one. I, however, have a few comments to make. I don’t think the name calling system works very well. When they’re in a rush they’re calling out multiple names at a time and it can sound like one name. Some members aren’t saying the names loud enough or correctly so people aren’t catching the order. I could overhear a few tables making a comment on this. For my case, i was right in front of the register and didn’t hear my name called though the cook swore she called out my name. Both can be right in this situation which is why i think there’s something just not working with the system. Secondly the cook should be aware that we can hear what’s being said and she made a comment about not needing to go outside to drop off my food with a tone that made me feel really...

the food was really good, but the staff were pretty rude. they were originally nice and made lots of conversation, but then saw we had a u-haul moving truck, asked where we moved from, and immediately started being rude when they heard we're from texas. i understand that they probably made assumptions that we are right wing conservatives, but we are leftists, i am a social worker. they started talking very loudly about how "they hate people moving to their state and maybe they're just haters but texans are the worst" and just made us feel really watched and uncomfortable. the entire time i was eating, i would look up to catch them staring at me. it was really weird. definitely not the best first interaction to have on your first day living in a new state, but thankfully everyone else we've interacted with has actually spoken to us enough to know we aren't "evil texans" lol. i just think talking shit about customers should be done much more lowkey than what...

This review is not just about the food, but also (and mainly) about exceptional level of service. We found this sandwich place last year on our way to eastern Washington. The food was great so we made sure we stopped this year as well. Unfortunately, this year we forgot a backpack in the restaurant when we left, and it contained a lot of valuable items. We found out only when we got home, 1.5 hours later. We called, and even though they were already closed for the day, the staff agreed to wait until we get there, and they did. It’s pretty amazing - nothing was touched, and they understood the bag had valuables that we didn’t want to leave behind, so they gracefully waited- which we very very much appreciated. The food was as great as we remembered. Thank you. We...

So cute! Everything was so good! The music was a little loud, but you can still easily hold a conversation, and some things are a little pricey. $3 to add an egg, over $7 for one biscuit with gravy, but there are still plenty of things to choose from and lunch is served all day! I had the Classic Sammy which was SO good! Jay had the Morning Wrap and it was delicious! Coffee is good and not bitter. Holly was super sweet and the other 2 young ladies working were very friendly also! On the way put we got warm Huckleberry Scones that were so yummy! It's tiny and cozy, and we will definitely go there when in Cle Elum again! Oh, and that view!!!

Stella's is a local coffee and sandwich shop Nestle's into the back of a parking lot that is kind of hard to see, so make sure to look for the signs. It has a good amount of parking, and a few tables outside and inside to sit at, as well as a huge grassy park area outside or sit at as well. All sandwiches are made to order, so it's about a 5-10 minute wait. I wish you got a little bit more for the price, but it's just about enough plus some chips with each sandwich. The staff is very nice and friendly and gives recommendations if needed.

Everything was good, some vegan options advertised. The bakery was pretty surprising. Good café, best non dairy pumpkin muffin, Hands down! Thanks for warming it up for us. It was the highlight of our breakfast. When asking for a Southwest wrap, which is advertised as vegan option available; the cashier said “but what it would be left to eat if we make it vegan?”. Why do you have it advertised as? I had to choose an avocado toast, not sure if the alioli was vegan either but after the comment I would dare to ask. The food was good.
