I came here with my parents and wife. The food is good, and the drinks are okay. I got this bagel sandwich which was pretty bomb except I feel a bit overpriced. It is a bit overpriced here for the quality of food/drinks. It is very crowded as they can’t seat many people. The service was okay, a bit difficult to get the attention of the workers as there’s quite a bit going on. But they are very nice and helpful once you do get their attention. I’d say this place is more based as a touristy place price wise. Our drinks were not good. My wife had to ask to add more stuff to her drink once she had already gotten it and it still didn’t make it as good as she would’ve liked it. My iced caramel coffee was terrible. It tasted like straight way over burnt coffee beans and that’s all you could taste, I actually felt a bit sick to my stomach with the coffee. I do like strong coffee but this, this was not it at all. I actually just ended up drinking the free water and tossed my coffee in the trash as it was nasty and not drinkable. Not to mention we got our drinks once we were basically done with our food and pastries which was very disappointing even after waiting about 20minutes for our sandwich. A few of the pastries we got were too sweet and we could not finish them. I would come back and give this place another try as the breakfast bagel sandwich I got was delicious, just hoping next time I get my drink before my food and it is...

I’m surprised to see this restaurant be rated so highly. We went for a quick lunch when leaving Cle Elum around 1130 on a Sunday. They were already out of several items we asked to order from the core menu and pastry options. In addition, they got parts of our order wrong which was a bigger deal when feeding a toddler the meal we didn’t order for them.

We ordered salad, a tuna sandwich with a side salad, and a plain bagel.

The salad was so clearly from a pre made salad bag as if I went grocery shopping down to throwing a big packet of store bought dressing into the plate. The tuna salad sandwich had barely any tuna salad and was majority spinach. They gave us a bagel with a ton of cream cheese instead of a plain bagel, which my toddler had no interest in eating and unfortunately while managing a kid it’s hard to just get all the cheese off yourself. Not the end of the world but the combo of high price, low quality, mistakes on the order was just a disappointment.

The staff was a bit rude and unhelpful. While trying to handle a young kid and all the dishes the only person that helped us even hold open a door or bring a dish to our table was another customer out of their own kindness.

Overall paid $60+ for the above and 2 coffees. Will not...

UPDATED- The service and response time to make this right completely wow’ed us, we will be back to try this place again. 😋W from the owner!

—————-

We were excited to try this place this morning but left a little unimpressed …

Ordered the Black Sunshine tea, iced. It came out made “hot” which I let them know I ordered iced. I walked back to my seat for them to remake, when the girls called my name to come grab it seconds later, it was in a plastic cup room temp, no ice..? I already felt like a pain trying to correct them again, we went back to wait for the food.

I ordered Bagel Breakfast Sando with egg over hard and my husband got the Buffalo Sando. The egg was most definitely over easy, spilling out all over the sandwich. Didn’t feel like correcting a 3rd mistake. Husbands sandwich was lackluster with barely any meat..

While there was a sign on the door to “be patient with new staff”, there’s gotta be some form of quality control checks before things are going out to the customer since we couldn’t be the only one of the dozen people in there with multiple mistakes on a pretty normal order that came to nearly...

On road trips I always love having must go to places and this is my newest one. Do yourself a favor and order two of the breakfast sandwiches. Save your disappointment that you have to stand in line to get another one, and get two. Also go ahead and get you two Ube lattes as well. By the time I was backing out, I was down to the ice and wish I had another one. Depending on how far you’re going and what the budget is just get one of everything. This was a mistake my girlfriend and I made of not doing. Because now I’m wondering exactly how good those cheddar jalapeño scones were.

I can’t even express how much I love this place. My mom and I stopped by on our way back to Seattle and were greeted with the warmest welcome and an overall great atmosphere. The staff and the owner herself have the best energy, and the Filipino influence throughout the food options are to die for!! I got the bagel smear with furikake seasoning and a fried egg and I will be thinking about it for a good couple of business days. If you’re in or nearby Cle Elum it’s a mandatory pit stop :)
