DON'T GO HERE! They charge quite a bit more for everything then their competitors like Beto's or Rancherito's. On top of that, these guys are the stingiest most puckered up people I've ever met when it comes to their sauce. I like a good amount of sauce on my burritos or tacos and at this place they give you only two small cups of sauce per item ordered. They claim they will not sell any extra sauce unless you buy the bulk 32 ounce amount of it for $25. It seems absolutely ridiculous they they would refuse to let a customer pay for a few extra sides of sauce. So I spent about $20 in ingredients at Rancho market and made my own spicy verde and salsa macha from scratch (the ones I took a picture of). I have been craving some birria tacos for a couple weeks now, so I went in the search (online) to find some. Since we were in the area, we decided to try Tacos Mi Mexico. We ordered a the quesabirria. There were 4 quesabirria on the plate. We also got some chips and tried their salsas. The birria is some of the best around. The seasoning is perfect and the medley of flavor that you can taste in their birria is incredible. Their chips are perfect such a great accompaniment to their array of salsa choices. TRY THEM ALL! I placed an order online to try out their birria tacos. We‘ve had birria tacos many times from various places & this by far was the worst. The only flavor we could taste was cinnamon! I know there is cinnamon in the recipe, but it overpowered everything. I’ve never tasted so much cinnamon (if any) in any birria I’ve ever had. But the very worst part of this experience was the person who was cooking. He coughed in his hand & continued cooking. He didn’t wear gloves & I had already paid online.
