This chick fila is trying to use third party meal delivery services. This means a person has to walk through the mall to get your food. I made the mistake of making one such order. Not only did they provide me with incorrect items, but the food was cold. Obviously because of the longer delivery time. TURN OFF YOUR PARTICIPATION IN THIRD PARTY DELIVERY APPS! SERVE THOSE PEOPLE WILLING TO GO TO THE MALL.

On top of all that they are asking someone to walk through a mall and put them selves in danger of catching Covid19 when there is another Chick fila a few hundred feet from the mall, where meals can be picked up through a drive through. The owner of this location should be ashamed of themselves. Will never ever eat at this location. I will shame...

Bought my wife here to try the chicken for her first time and we didn't realize we were going in the mall food court. But the girl that took our order and brought us out our food was the most friendly food service person I have ever met. She was polite, friendly paitent and cheerful and not just to us to every customer. The food was hot and fresh and they gave me a refill of water that I asked for and felt super blessed stopping there. To top it all off the same girl gave us to coupons for free food item cause we were on our honeymoon. I wish I remember the girls name cause she deserves a fat raise and a big hug for her amazing customer...

Even do chick fill a is well known for its customer service, being located in a mall does not stop chick fill a from delivering a great customer experience.
