I can't wait for the Oldsmar location to be done with renovations so we can go back because the Clearwater location is garbage. Just left there and they forgot my kids meal, honest mistake. I walked back To the window and let them know about it. This has happened many times at the Oldsmar location as we go there 4+ times a week. At that location if they forget something they give it to you, no questions asked . The Clearwater location searched every order for the past 20 minutes to verify I'm telling the truth. Turns out they hadn't rang my order up correctly the first time and charged me for a diet coke instead of a kids meal with a diet coke. I said to just charge me the difference of 2 bucks but they charged me 3.65 - normally i wouldn't care but I was super annoyed that i had been standing there for5 minutes to resolve this issue . Other customers were getting annoyed too as the lady who was next in line started yelling at me and the poor girl at the window, asking if I had cut them on line. This later started screaming over and over and I told the girl at the window to just ignore her .This ticked the woman in the car off more as she yelled out many obscenities to me as she drove off. To add insult to injury, when I got home my 12 count only had 9 of the smallest nuggets ive ever seen. Again, I wouldn't care if it was 9 nuggets on a normal day but since the 17 year-old manager that doesn't have much experience in customer service made such a big stink about verifying if I had paid for the kids meal I'm super annoyed that I got 75% of my meal, and over charged for me kids meal. Read moreI have to assume that all the Tampa area Chic-Fil-a’s are owned by the same investor/Franchisee because they are all genuinely the most incompetent, worst run CFA’s I’ve ever visited (and I’ve been to them from north to south & east to west). From Gulf to Bay to Countryside to Ulmerton to Dale Mabry, all the locations above continuously under deliver and don’t live up to the CFA name. If you’ve only experienced CFA in the Bay Area, I feel sorry for you because this is not normal or how it’s supposed to be done.
The drive thru is always backed up and has regularly taken me 30+ min to get through, the employees are rude and clearly don’t want to be there (rarely if ever say my pleasure) & finally, & most importantly, they have repeatedly given me the wrong order.
Today takes the cake though, unable to leave the house, I placed an order through Door Dash when an hour & a half later the driver informed us “CFA gave our order to someone else so there’s nothing they can do.” 15 minutes later after asking the driver to have them remake the order, we got a cancellation message. Overall, wasted 2 hours and since it was past 9:30 by the time we got notified, we could no longer place the order again. Total incompetence.
Overall, don’t waste your time with any CFAs in the area. They’re all poorly staffed and management is clearly in over their head. I hate leaving negative reviews but after dealing with this for 2 hours and now being stuck without food or an apology, I’m done with this chain down here in the Bay. The food is okay but certainly not worth all the repeated headaches you have to deal with here in the area.

Read moreI think I've commented on this before but I love this manager at this store. I was sad to see them change from the place they were at before because it was convenient for where I was working and when I didn't have a car I lived nearby and would bike to that location because the food was that good. Now that they are here, I like it because wawa is there too but I gotta say, this place surprises me quite a bit. During the lunch rush they had many other people that agree with me on this place being their preferred location. They had probably 30 cars in the drive thru wrapped around the parking lot and into wawa split two ways all over the place. Guys, I spent 10 minutes in this drive thru. I went to another fast food restaurant like a few days ago and spent 10 minutes with 3 cars in the drive thru. They had that whole thing so organized it was ridiculous how quickly I was out of there. The whole staff is friendly and make the experience even in the drive thru personable. I love this place. I wish I could eat here everyday. For real, I want to give em all my money. Would not be surprised if the manager at this store gets moved up to corporate shortly. Will be sad to see him go but hopefully he's got an instagram page or something so we can watch his rise to success. Keep doing what you're doing. Ignore the complainers. I read a few reviews. Managers and staff members sitting around? Ever think they might be on lunch? Me me me. Man this world is horrible. Anyway, I'm getting off topic. Yall are awesome.
