I recently, took the kids to toddler time. I asked what was included at the desk and the answer was everything in the back. More direction on toddler time and other services would have been appreciated but not a huge deal.
We had never visited and didn't know where the back was or what exactly was there. Fortunately, I followed other families and the beautiful facility was large enough to have fun but small enough to figure out.
When we got there kids were actively playing but everything was not yet inflated without any barriers making it easy for kids to fall in the hole and get injured.
Having this area inflated and ready to go before children arrive would easily solve this potential hazard.
Despite this happening when I pointed this out the staff member apologized and quickly fixed it. He was also very friendly throughout our time there. The kids loved him.
I do think at toddler time the one direction on the Ninja course was not necessary to constantly enforce.
Kids in this age group are not developmentally able to complete the course and should be able to play freely keeping to a section at a time as long as they are spaced out and not endangering themselves or others.
My suggestion is to trust the parents and caregivers. Intentions were kind hearted but redirect only when there are real safety concerns. Not because "this is how we do it" considering their young ages. Keep the one direction for non toddler times.
I am all for safety is key but I honestly left feeling stressed. I spent most of my time worrying about what the kids could and couldn't do. They are little, have energy and we bring them to get it out knowing their limitations.
I'm not sure on this one but the site also said there is a character appearance at toddler time. Unless this is on select day it did not happen. Fortunately, I didn't say anything to the kids so it was not the end of the world. Suggestion to families - Ask in advance if it's important to you.
All in all I believe a learning curve is deserved being a new place. The kids had a blast, the location is amazing, staff are friendly and the facility is nice.
We will go again believing it will be even more enjoyable moving forward. I look forward to giving it 5 stars...
Read moreKaamil F has quite the attitude on her... I took my son and his friend here last Wednesday after school and they wanted to bowl. I inquired about bowling and was told it was $50 for 2 hours (which is astronomical to be honest). I told her we weren't even planning to stay more than an hour and the cost didn't make sense, so instead I purchased 2 of the "Loaded" combos which is 2 different activities for $24.99, one of those activities can be 2 hours of bowling. I initially asked if I could buy 1 Loaded combo and do bowling for both activities since there were 2 kids with me, and she told me no. Upon walking to the bowling stand to get their shoes, there was a sign that said "Half Price Bowling Monday thru Thursday". I asked Kaamil about the promo and she said "oh, I didn't know we offered that". That is a pretty poor excuse, all employees should know what the pricing is, especially when there is a large sign sitting on the bowling counter that says it. I told her I had basically paid for something I didn't need and that both boys could have bowled for the price of 1 Loaded pass. Her response to me "oh well it's not my fault". Seriously?! I told her it wasn't my fault either as I'm the customer and she should have known the pricing and the promos and not ripped me off. She didn't even offer any kind of resolution or a refund for the extra money I had paid. Her attitude was awful and that is not a great look for a new company trying to grow, to have an employee like her! Since the boys enjoyed bowling and the arcade and trampoline area the first time (even though the trampoline area is pretty small so older kids will definitely get bored quickly) I would give the place 3 stars, deducting 2 for the Kaamil's poor attitude. However, this was also our 2nd time there since opening and both times the VR area has been closed which my son and his friends were excited to try so I am taking off another star for that. Not sure at this time if we will return or not, but hopefully if we do it's a...
Read moreThe food I gave it it to because everything taste like it’s microwave or from a convection oven The VR was broken, which is one of the things that you get out of your experience Pat, which they cost $43 each Each person the ball has to pay for a $29 pack or a $36 pack or a $43 discount. There is no exception. The jumping two hours, which is pretty cool that’s why I gave it two stars because they do give a long time for a jump But as far as the service and the value that you get it owns a two star rating I have millions of people that follow me through social media and I wish we were more excited about this place as when I review places I am 100% honest
They need to put on the wristband a box so you know what you’ve done and what you haven’t done yet because they gave us wristbands too early and are jumping was over before we even jumped because we did other things before jumping and you automatically get a wristband when you come in after you pay for the jumping!
The price for my nine-year-old me and his mother three of us with just snacks not even like full food was around $220 Cheft Ramsay would Would rate the food one star
Bathrooms are out of order so you have to go to the movie theater and use their bathroom so prepare for all the children that you bring to put them in a diaper if you want to experience the experience because there are no bathroom facilities available today and I guess they said for a couple of days until it gets fixed. The place has not even been opened yet. They are on pre-launch here in Clearwater, Florida. And literally, they have a...
