If you eat here on Monday and Tuesday, they have a deal I'm trying to save people as much as money. This establishment is cheap, so I'm gonna pass the word to the peone. Mondays and Tuesdays adults eat at the price of a kids buffet.. The in store coupon code is 23054.It is good through 7/12/2025 the coupon can be found on CiCi's website do not let them tell you they do not accept coupons if they tell you please report them to corporate immediately this location is trouble take pictures to verify the buffet does not stay restocked properly, also to remind one you can make a specialty pizza they keep the pad with pencil hidden.... if you have hidden camera use it trust me.. you will not regret it. They do not have prices listed when you walk in so be aware immediately of that.. cici in Clearwater do not clean tables in a timely manner the table. suggest, if they do not clean your table put the dishes on a clean table they'll come empty them immediately then maybe.. who wants to keep walking up to a garbage after every plate makes no sense. And if you go to the location on 66th Street be aware that they do add drinks without your knowledge CiCi's is becoming a rogue company that is taking money from the people pay attention to your receipts and ask for your total before you pay, while use a credit card because in the end if you need to dispute any charges you can through your bank. Teach your kids not to pay for anything and how to handle future events is important. Have them put on cameras because an establishment can tell patrons to leave for just little things that are not illegal and the cops will pursue it illegally and unlawfully without justification so make sure you file a police report or complaint if this happens on that end as well.. especially if you need to take legal actions against CiCi's Pizza the original establishment that called the police...
Beware Omar might be hiding from Ice this is a manager that staff talk to over the phone running a business from home while the staff is there not able to speak English properly so you have to go back to the front register to the young lady who knows how to speak English then talks in another language to the kitchen staff.. It is a big time communication barrier within this store they have Patriots even trying to come up and deal with business is very unprofessional no supervisor on duty within the store if you need to call food safety please do because cold food is one of the issues you can report to food safety.. know they not give you a refund back... If you see roaches or broken equipment Take pictures.. FYI proceed at your own risk enjoy the savings eat there on Monday and Tuesday to save money do not buy a drink bring your own cup or bring a water don't trust drinking out of their cups are from their soda dispensary machine. Stay safe...
Read moreCicis was better than I thought. I thought it would be more like a Chucky Cheese but it’s not at all. They really kept the food stations plentiful and clean. The buffet had a flow as the herds followed n line. More variety than I imagine and yes! the Mac & cheese pizza is really good. The dining area was strange because not much privacy as it’s just tables and some booths, like a high school cafeteria it felt like. If you pay attention to your fellow chow hounds that surround you, it can be intimidating to count how many slices they ate already compared to your modest 2 slices. I would of preferred a little more privacy in the seating area and the noise level turned down. Screaming kids, chairs moving as folks get up, the sound of non stop shuffling feet , some coming back reloaded and others back for 2nds 3rds and 4th. It’s an all you can eat and for the entry price it is a really good deal, but people have to slow down and enjoy it not treat it like it’s a race. There is more than enough for all the guests to enjoy a variety, pizzas a salad bar, a few soups and pasta dishes, and desserts. The staff at the location in Clearwater was on top of their game, mostly Spanish with limited English. They are in public view but they didn’t seem to interact with guests. I didn’t catch a word of gratitude or a smile from any of them. Back to the price and this is where you have to pay attention. I thought it was wrong and deceitful but it could be the lack of training the employee had. The entry is $9.99 that dies not include a beverage cup. It is fountain soda which also is refillable. There is a kid cup that has a age limit. Then the regular size $1.69 and then a large and if I recall it’s a dollar. On my trip myself and 2 more adults, just newbies to the Cici Pizza. When asked if we wanted drinks we said yes. The greeter did not specify sizes and charged me for 3 large cups. I caught it and I told her I would like a refund because I’m already balling on a budget having dinner at a pizza buffet. The employee huffed and puffed as if my refund was a nuisance for her to deal with. She pulls me out $2 and puts it on the counter instead of my hand I extended to her. She may be about 16 or 17 years old. I was polite but direct and gave her some advice she should specify the product she is selling due to others like myself that count the loose change. She told me it’s not her job to specify. Hmm! She was a snarky one. So there you have it my Fellow Competitive Pizza Eating Piggies, when you hit the buffet so hungry and have to eat like it’s the last pizza on earth, remember it’s the soda cup pricey that jack up the bill and it takes one snarky employee to push a Patron off their...
Read moreMy daughter and I went there on Tuesday April 4, 2023. Upon arrival the guy at the counter was friendly once entering the establishment we notice a cool Arcade to the right we then procedeeded to the pizza counter we notice maybe 6 pie trays with maybe a couple of slices so I decided to go to the salad bar no lettuce a big mess pickles inside of the olives and so on. My daughter always orders a whole pie of Alfredo pizza the young man behind the counter said 7 minutes so I went back to get some pizza while they clean the salad bar noticed an alfredo pizza being put on the counter told my daughter that they had just placed an alfredo pizza which was the one she ordered she went to ask they young man decided to be rude and aggresive telling her it's on the counter ended up being taken by others every other Cici's allows you to get a whole pie and gives you a number to put on your table this one claims they do not do that why not just tell her to come back in for it that simple. So I went up to the counter and told him to never speak to my daughter in that tone so he shrugged it off another employee shouts out we don't bring the pizza to the table never asked for you to do that we just asked for a whole alfredo pizza she would have gladly had come back to pick it up and how about she cleaned the salad bar instead of just standing around screaming at the customers. The sweet tea did not have sugar once I told them about it another young man went and poured sugar from a clear bag and started stirring it on the counter making a huge mess let's not forget he did that with an attitude. I will never go back to that location. I will not recommend...
