If there were a rating of "0," I would assign THAT rating. The two main signs installed over existing Speedweay signs say "Rebel" gas station and "EXXON." Last week, I saw a Speedway truck on the property to refill the tanks. Speedway does NOT sell Exxon gasoline. Exxon is one of the highly-rated "Tip Top" brands of gasoline, due to added detergents to keep your car's engine cleaner. Speedway sells its own inferior brand of gas -- yeah, it's cheaper but it is NOT a quality product. THIS IS FALSE ADVERTISING. It's also illegal, but Florida Dept of Consumer Affairs has NO place on-line where the consumer can file such a complaint. I placed an $11.64 pickup order on DoorDash at 12 a.m. (for glue and a can of coffee). I mistakenly thought I was scheduling it for a 9 a.m. pickup window, but I couldn’t change the order after placing it.

When I arrived at the store at 9 a.m., the staff initially told me they couldn’t find my order because it had been canceled and the items were returned to the shelf. However, in the DoorDash app, my order shows as completed. They even showed me the receipt, confirming that the order was paid for and fulfilled — yet they still refused to give me the items.

The store manager seemed unaware that a receipt indicates the order was completed and paid, and the items may not be on the shelf to be sold second time....

i am so tired of coming to this place and having the doors locked for whatever various reason the night person decides on. you’re closed from 12:50-1:05 for closing procedures- okay, that’s completely understandable. whoever was working at between 12:30-1:30AM 04/02/24, locks the doors a little before 12:50, puts the ‘going to restroom’ sign up at 1AM, and i sit there til 1:20AM waiting for him to come back out before i finally just decide to leave… and between these times 5-6 other cars try to bring their business here and then leave. what in gods name takes you 15min in the bathroom after you were already just closed for 15mins?...
