Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Clearwater

I'd like to say 1st that I love Domino's pizza, and as far as the food goes, I would give it all 5 stars, but as far as my location goes, it's the absolute worst.

I've had so many pizzas show up super late or cold or the wrong order, and whoever the management is doesn't seem to care. Yes, I've had replacements for all the mistakes they've made, but I just can't get over how often they mess up my order, considering I order from them kind of frequently? And because I called and complained several times some part in the back of my head always gets nervous because you know that they probably recognize you every time you call and complain so the dog part my brain wonders if they'd ever spit in my food or anything. Can't say that I've ever noticed them doing anything shady to my food but there is always that thought that they might… considering they did never seemed to care about the mistakes they've made or seemed genuinely upset and sorry about it.

Moved to a new apartment in the same complex, and my neighbor kept ordering from this store every week, and this is no issue until the xmas season came... last year, they kept touching my wreath on my doort (lifting it) to check my door number even though I put a plate in the middle with what number I was. I was annoyed but let it fly until I caught them on my ring doorbell. They checked my door number under my wreath KNOCKING DOWN my wreath (breaking some ornaments) and walk away. This was when I called the store. The manager was indifferent and asked if I was the one who ordered a pizza (no) and if I wanted a free pizza and when I said no he asked what I even wanted and I told him to just try and notify them so they know to tell their drivers to stop touching decorations and if they needed to see the door numbers then theres a huge sign in the middle that if they opened their eyes would see. Ordered a pizza at 7:45pm and the pizza was there in a timely manner except the order wasn't correct and missing an ingredient that was ordered and the smallest large I have seen for $20.00 plus $4.00 tip. I called to tell them the order wasn't correct and they ask me if I wanted a credit or the right pizza delivered. I ask that they deliver what I ordered. I was told it would be another 30 to 45 minutes. After an hour an no pizza I called an talked to Katherine the store assistant manager and she ask me in a tone of I was just one of those customers, "it says you wanted a credit we have no delivery for you." So they couldn't get it right times two. So when I said I would like the pizza I ordered she said, "it will be another 30 minutes this is at 9:15 p.m. at 9:45 p. m. my dog starts barking... no knock on the door or ringing of doorbell to let me know the pizza is there it is left on the ground at my door step. Thank goodness for my dog or it would still be sitting there. I don't really think most people would like their food left on the ground. Update:1/19/22 Gave it a shot again. Orders have been right and on time ... Until tonight..... I stopped ordering subs..lol. switched to wings and Pasta. Tonight for 10.50 plus a 4.00 delivery fee before you tip the driver they delivered this 10 Piece of nibblets.. Not strips. And so you know the size they sent as acceptable.. I placed a 20 oz bottle cap for reference size. Smallest Breast strips I've ever seen. Whatcha think? So every 6 orders expect an error.

I just wanted to Thank the staff at this returaunt for horrible service. On multiple occasions my orders have taken over an hour. And on at least 2 orders over an hour and a half. Tonight I order a philly.cheese steak.. not my first time,but absolutely the last time I order one from there. The food arrived cold for one. Then on top of it.. it was absolutely the smallest sandwich I have ever seen or recieved! They offered my money back and I declined.
