French Bakery / Chez David — Restaurant in Clearwater

My husband and I just found our new favorite breakfast cafe! We happened to be doing laundry next door at Suds on Belcher and saw there was a French bakery so we went in and got coffee and croissant sandwiches that were delicious! The service was wonderful, very friendly. We ended up also getting a to-go order for our adult kids-they got crepes which they said were delicious as well. We did not get the pastries this time but they have so many beautiful pastries, they look amazing! The coffee is great, too. They are in the same price range of many local restaurants we have been to but their food is totally superior. The prices are completely reasonable. We highly recommend this...

David is an absolute gem. He is one of the most kindest owners I know all around here. Always greets you with a smile & a joke. We come here practically almost every Saturday to get a quick bite in before work. I always call ahead & he’s kind enough to reserve me the croissants I choose. He’s croissants are in no doubt the best in the area - I’ve stopped by others & nothing compares to him. This place also does stamp tickets & the more you buy you get free food items (I love it!).
