Where should I start?My mother and I visited this location just before lunch.She went ahead and ordered her 6 inch tuna.And I told the gentleman that I needed two additional sandwiches made.First an Spicy Italian on cheesy and your new Steak club.But before I could finish my sentence.He proceeded on making just the NEW Steak club on cheesy bread.He piled all the meat on the bread(which wasn't the kind I desired)and threw it in the oven.Past experiences at your Largo location the girl asked if I wanted my sub toasted.And because I told her no she simply cooked my steak first and then assembled my sandwich.Not this guy he already looked like he wasn't up for being at work so I didn't want any confrontation and didn't say anything.And let him fix my sandwich how he saw fit.So when the oven went off he went to the register and asked was all the food together.I stated "yes",he then went on trying to collect money from me when number one my STEAK CLUB still had no toppings on it and the SPICY ITALIAN was yet to be made.So a woman steps in and makes my ITALIAN then slides it over to the bare STEAK CLUB that the gentleman left for her to place toppings on.So she begin to tell me that your NEW STEAK CLUB Only comes with lettuce,tomatoes ,and mayo.I politely told her that I didn't want those toppings and asked for different toppings than the ones she was trying to push off on me.She rolled her eyes while preparing both sandwiches.I kept my cool by the time I finally made it to the register the gentleman from earlier had this look of disgust on his face repeating my total.Once again I kept my composure and stated I had coupons.Thats when he flew off the handle saying I was suppose to tell him that.How was that when after he half made my STEAK CLUB PLACED IT ON THE WRONG BREAD AND NEGLECTED TO MAKE THE OTHER SANDWICH I REQUESTED.I don't advise anyone to visit this location on DREW AND HERCULES.The two employees will definitely make you not want to ear at...
Read moreI was picking up a mobile order last night and on the app it states that they close at 10pm.
I put in the order before 930 and was informed via the app it will be ready by 940pm. I arrive to Subway at 945pm and to my surprise the place is dark and there is a minivan parked in the front.
I order a tuna flatbread sub and a turkey sub on Italian bread. I have my toppings on for the tuna and my wife's toppings for her turkey sandwich.
A kid walked out the door and I gave him my name and he walked out with a bag and empty cup for the drink.
He informed me that they close at 930pm instead of 10pm and that if I arrived 5 mins later he would have thrown out my order and left to go home.
Slightly pissed on that but I got my order and fulfill my cup at the fountain because he let me in at the dark Subway restaurant.
Arrived home, gave my wife her sandwich and she was complaining because she had onions and spinach on her sub. So I looked at mine and had extra mayo and peppers on my tuna. The employee who was leaving prematurely had put the wrong toppings on the sandwiches. He put my wife's toppings on my sandwich & vice versa. Now I was highly upset. Read moreFirst of all they make you pay FIRST before even making the sandwiches which has never happened to me. It’s only at that Subway that they do that to me and I’ve gone to that subway and different ones for like 6 months. Second the 2 lady’s who are there now are not good workers. They are very very sweet tho it’s just whenever I go into that Subway and they are there, stuff is out of stock and not refilled including the drinks- they will make me pay first before making the sandwich. 2 times, I’ve gone there they have charged people wrong. I think they didn’t charge me wrong because I get a really easy order. Third, they are always busy or running around like I would stand there waiting for a while before they would even come to me which is TOTALLY fine I’m patient, but it makes no sense because other stuff is not refilled every time I got.
