So today I went into McDonald's and I placed an order on the touch screen. I had ordered three double fudge sundaes, one ice cream cone, and one medium fries. After I place my order this I did not get my receipt from the touch screen. So I went out front and I asked the gentleman for the receipt. He claims that he did not see my order but eventually he did see it on the backboard. Mind you I still didn't get my receipt. He started working on my chocolate fudge sundaes. He messed up the first time. I gave him some advice on how to do the chocolate fudge sundaes without chocolate spilling over and messing up. I told him you put the ice cream in, then you put the top on, and then you put the fudge in on top of the ice cream. He ignored what I said to him. Now I have three chocolate fudge sundaes with fudge on the sides of them and in the bag. Then he asks me do you want them in a cup holder. I said yes and to put them in a bag as well. He pulls out a four cup holder. I'm thinking maybe they got different bags. I don't understand where he was going with this but I did tell him that I was talking about the two cut holders. He didn't quite understand what I was talking about by the looks of things but eventually somebody told him what I was looking for. Anyways once he was finished with doing that he handed me my bags and I said to him you forgot one thing. You forgot my fries. That's when he got nasty with me. He said I was being rude. I was not being rude I was bored. I wasn't impatient, the best description I can say was I was numb to the mind. If it wasn't for the mad that my mom wanted her ice cream I would ask for a refund for everything. He refused to hand over my Fry's unless I said please. So I said please to get the fries and get out of there but I did try to report him to the manager. The manager refused to listen to me. She said if I wanted to report him contact the general manager on the receipt. What receipt I never got a receipt. By the way this is the same guy who refused to give me my receipt...
Read moreThis location lacks customer service all the time. I ordered at the drive thru and the employee at the speaker sounded pre-occupied. Took my order but it didn't reflect on the screen, got my receipt and saw I was charged for the wrong item. Explained to the nice young man that I was charged for the wrong item and wanted the receipt to reflect my actual purchase as well as get what I had ordered. They gave me my small fry but left the nuggets in the bag and did not fix the price to which they attempted to proceed with charging me. I explained to the young man at the window that I needed the price fixed as well, as I wasn't going to pay more money for an item I didnt order. That was after asking him the price difference and him acknowledging I was being charged more. After consulting with who im assuming was their shift leader, he returned stating they could not give me a fixed receipt reflecting the items and price that I actually ordered because they left the item I didnt order in the bag and was going to give me the cheaper item I had actually ordered for "free"...? I politely declined and after waiting in the drivethru and going back and forth 2-3 times I then handed back the food and asked for a refund. The man sent his shift leader over to ask me to move to the next window while I wait for my refund so they could tend to the line. I refused stating I would not move to the next window and be forgotten about as I have time and time before and made to wait longer because they want to catch up their drive thru before first honoring my refund as I had already been waiting in line. The woman then proceeded to ask me 3 more times and kept talking over me before pausing to stare me down rather than getting the refund and returning my card. The employees at this location show absurd customer service and the food seems to be cold and wrong more...
Read moreMcDonalds food is McDonald food either you like it or you don’t. The 1 Star is for this location’s service. I would give a half if I could. The employees (in the drive through at least) seem to not want to be there. When I was paying the female didn’t not even attempt to extend her arms out to accept my payment. I was even pulled up as close as possible to the window. I had to reach out where I practically had to unbuckle my seat belt to hand her my card. They same way with she returned my card. Literally only her hand was out of the window like she was handing out playing cards where she just turned her wrist to hand me my debit card. As I approached the 2nd window the same thing happened I had to unbuckle my seat belt this month and place the car into “Park” so not to accidentally press on the gas pedal. This time the bag of food barely cleared the window they way the girl was handing it over. I had to reach out almost crawling out of my car to reach for the bag. She saw me struggling to reach for it but yet she stood there not even leaning towards the window to extend her arms to hand me my order. I get the safety factor of it but the least she could’ve done is extend her arms out. For these reasons, I will never go to this place ever again. I’m not saying that all employees in this location is like this, but if you are in front of the customers, you are the face of that location. Your actions and presence represent the business and this experience was...
