I got there at 447am they open at 5am i live next door was out of coffe so i walked up to the drive through window ask them nicely repeat im sorry im cold could i just pay for a large coffe ? Without openning the window the woman shewed me away and starting laughing a mananager ans asstant manager came over to enjoy in my humilation or what they thought was. I walkes around to wait until 5am when they open and they all came to the door and told demanded me to GET OFF THE #####Property or we are calling the cops. I walked over to the shell gas station after i returned a few chioce wirds in Spanish because most if the employees do not speak english. After getting a coffe and donut i lwalked out of the shell to see 3 clearwater police officer demanding to see identification. They were very nice and im not a state city or federal goverment supporter and if your honest with your self there are laws for us and a nice free constitutional country for them. So i was stopped by poluce forced to give my ID OVER THREATEN TO be arrested for disorderly conduct all because i walked through the drive threw and to pay for a cup of coffee. I have never had a pleasant excperience at that MCD belcher and nursery rd clearwater and the few times in the morning i have gone. I know good help hard to find but racist belligerent anti white with a non customer 1st attitude . i have to believe theres bettet out there than that.my advice to the owner fire and rehire because your loosing money everyday with the people u have in charge in your early morning overnight shifts. I have run multi million dollar car franchise with over 65 staff under much more streessful sititutation yhsn just a cup of coffee 12 before the lobby opens and to have the police called out and find me at the shell gas station quietly having my coffe is not the kind of tesm leaders you need at any cost. It was 3 woman one had her personsl bag over her shoulder as if waiting for 5 am to hit so she could get off her shift and get the heck out of thier . Instesd of her being kind, im sorry sir company policy states you must be in a car in order to be served at our drive threw. That would have ended it. Read moreWent through the Drive-Thru. Had a mobile order and was also placing a second order when we got through the Drive-Thru. Person over speaker sounded very lethargic and was mumbling. Got to the window to find out she added the second order over the mobile order, easy mistake to make and we were very understanding but we did need the orders to be separate. She presumed to have a very bad attitude where her nice employee clarified the issue with us and agreed to make the moment right, he couldn't make the fix himself so he called for his manager, the same woman who took our order comes up and begins repermanding my friend and I saying she asked if we wanted the orders on the same tab or not at the window. Maybe she did, maybe she didn't. Simple miscommunication. Our problem lied after this when we asked for the money to be returned to my card and she said she needed to see the card in person (understandable but its an electronic temporary card so we asked for cash instead.) She makes us pull forward and comes out with cash, and walks away as she says "oh my God" laughs, and closes the window. She proceeded to come back with our food and say "Sorry, I didn't mean to laugh at you, I just thought it was hilarious that you made me give you cash back to pay in cash." Not sure of a name but she is a blonde female and is a manager. As someone who works in Food Service, I've never wrote a bad review before but I'm incredibly upset at the lack of respect and inappropriate behavior experienced today, nonetheless at a McDonalds at I go to multiple times a week and no longer feel comfortable...
Read moreMy wife purchased 2 quarter pounder meals. She asked for no onions. ( onion allergy) It had onions. WE HAD OUR SALES RECIEPT & ALL THE FOOD! WE WANTED A REFUND! THEY REFUSED!If my wife didn't notice the onions she would have become very ill and COULD HAVE DIED! The store manager Arron assistant mgr. Daisy did not even say we are sorry sir. Instead they were EXTREMELY RUDE WITH DISGUSTING LOOKS ON THEIR FACES. Acting like I was a criminal telling me " How do we know where this food came from!!??? I said I have a sales reciept!! It had the store name and adress on it! The time the order was done and everything!! Apparently that didn't matter. I have never seen any kind of store or restaurant that if you return a product for any reason and you have the sales reciept you cannot get a refund. I called the corporate office. The explanation was an individually owned franchise can make their own rules. Bewildered as I've been a manager of a large luxury hotel franchise where YOU MUST FOLLOW FRANCHISE RULES I asked well does that mean they can make up a new hamburger called Steves sloppy venison burger and use deer meat? Apparently they can. I asked that means they can use any hamburger bought from anywhere and call it McDonalds? They said well there are guidelines but yes!! I was stunned! I thought McDonald's had a policy of thr customer is always right. Apparently the owner of this McDonald's is so greedy that once you hand them your money TOUGH LUCK if they make a mistake or almost put your love ones IN A HOSPITAL FIGHTING FOR...
