The worst experience in 55 years of going to hundreds of McDonalds across the globe. At least once a week, and of course 4-5 times a week, when I was a teen. I pulled into Store #482 on a late Wednesday afternoon at 2:12pm. I time everything. Walked up to the counter to order my usual Big Mac and a large FF. One person in front of me and I noticed the young lady serving him was always looking down. She served the person in front and never said thanks and walked away again with her head down. Never said, “I’ll be with you in a second sir”; just turned and walked away. I watched as she went to the other side and started to throw things around. Looked angry and unhappy. After watching her throw things around I noticed that everyone working there seemed to be mad, unhappy or simply didn’t want to be there. She finally turned around and shuffled her way back to the register. Yes, shuffling her feet like she was in pain or simply didn’t have the energy to pick them up. Half way there and I heard her mumble something to me, once again head down, she never looked at me. If you asked me to describe her I couldn’t, I never saw her eyes or face. I took a shot and assumed she mumbled “can I help you”? Hands on the register, I politely asked for my usual - a big mac, large french fry, a cup for water and it is for here please. Put my card in to pay and she hands me the giant number and receipt for my table and once again turned around and walked away saying nothing the whole time. I again looked around and see a lot of unhappy faces. Walked to a table, the one closest to the register and in clear sight. I sit and pull out my phone like we all do and start to check emails, the stock market, the news and of course FB. As you know, time flies when you get caught up with a smart phone. I glance at the top and look at the time and said “wow it’s been 16 minutes since I ordered”; it never takes that long. I got up and walked the 15’ to the register with my giant number and receipt and polity asked the now elderly lady at the counter that was 6’ away and facing backwards doing something. “Can you check on my order please”? She turned her head and pointed and said “you are going to have to ask her”, Ok. I wait for her to turn around 30 seconds later and once again asked, “can you check on my order please”? She walked over and I believe she was the manager on duty and asked for my receipt. Looks at it says nothing, walks away and brings back my food. She says, “sorry for the long wait and can I get you a sundae for waiting?” “No thanks, but I do have a question. Does it normally take 16 minutes to get served?” She said no in her tired voice and said “I called your number”. In my head thinking, wow, I’m only 15’ away in clear sight of the counter and you couldn’t quickly scan the room and see my giant number or walk the 15’ and place my food in front of me. You just turned around and set my food down without an effort to get it to me. Does anyone ever pay for their food then simply leaves without it – all in my head. I thanked her and sat down with my now cold food. Didn’t complain or ask for warm food, simply ate it and left. I was concerned that I would even face more problems doing so. McDonalds, you have a problem with store #482. Get the owners to keep their eyes on it or they will lose business. Find out why the horrible morale in that store. I don’t want a free sundae, just my old McDonalds back.

I have had two horrible experiences at this location . the first time as I was paying I realise he repeated the wrong order and when I tried to tell him (Hispanic gay guy) he just waved his hands at me to stop talking and that he had it down right. He was very rude and sassy. At the next window my order was WRONG and they tried to tell me "well that's what's on the screen".. WELL THATS NOT WHAT I ORDERED! My boyf. Went in and handled it. The Second time I went to this location by mistake. (Friday about 3:30 pm) I ordered two ice coffee and one coffee latte with Caramel, I received 1 ice coffee no ice, 1coffe latte no caramel and some sort of hot coffee . I told the women that wasn't what I ordered and she still tried to hand it to me as if I should just take it. She then huffed and puffed screaming " oh my god" and other nasty remarks walking away from me. The manager walked up and acted as if he was afraid of her and said nothing. She stop making my order to make someone else's order& With an attitude she asked me to park. When the guy came out he gave me a CARAMEL LATTE or what ever it was again not what I asked or paid for(plus the cup was much smaller I paid for a large) I was so pissed I knew if I was to get out it would have been a bigger commotion. The ghetto rude lady had blonde/gold short hair in a pony tail, she was black , a million earrings covering both ears, and she might have had gray contacts in . she acted how she looked Ratchet ! Read moreWent to the McDonald's down the street on Gulf to Bay last night at 2871 Gulf to Bay ordered a deluxe quarter pounder meal deal with no lettuce. When I got home it was covered with lettuce so much mayonnaise extra onions no tomatoes no pickles it was the most disgusting burger I've ever seen in my life. So I tried to call but of course nobody would answer so I thought I might have called the wrong number so I hit the next one and it was the McDonald's that I'm reviewing for right now. So we took our receipts back to the original McDonald's and the manager there named Ronnie or Donnie I'm not sure would it give us the time of day even though we had our receipts says that he has no manager named Jasmine and that's because they won't pick up the phone. We just tried to call and we left and he wouldn't pick up the phone. That manager should be fired he has no customer service skills at all and the food that they're putting out of there is going to make people sick. This McDonald's up the road I just spoke with the manager Matt here we didn't even get the meal from this McDonald's but he went ahead and gave us a new meal for free because he understood what I was saying. He says that McDonald's on there they never answer their phone and it'll be getting a lot of complaints lately. Whatever you do you need to have Matt go down there and show him how to be a manager because that other McDonald's just down the road they're going to get people sick.
