Stay away, worst subway service in my life by far plus rude!
I had been to 100+ subways in my life this was the worst experience ever. It might get better in the future, but today I came in the lady who was on the phone for a long time finally turned around said I’ll be with you in a minute, which for a long time she kept talking on the phone after telling me she will be with me in a minute.
There was another guy in the back who I think was delivering and he looked surprised that no one is serving me. The customer waiting after me gave up and left. Finally, this guy come out said I’ll be with you in a minute, to which I said I’m used to the double talk he just ignored it. He then struggled to get the plastic gloves on and then took 10+ minutes to make the sandwich. He took 1 minute to clean the knife to cut the sandwich (60 seconds). It’s like he was doing it on purpose because of my comment so he can get revenge on me. The other employee still yacking on the phone.
Finally, the lady who 15 minutes ago told me she will be with me in a minute came to bill me. I told her I’m not happy with the service she just said take your sandwich, which I did, and sat in the corner to eat it. She and the slow guy left in the back since there are no customers and I started to eat. She came out with the slow guy and her talked about me said “I hope he chokes on his free sandwich” and also said, “she will never serve me again”.
While eating I saw an “under new management” sign. I really wonder what the old management was like because I’m not going back while they have this management and the lady who “will not serve me” doesn’t have to worry, she will not.

Read moreThe store is understaffed, there was one person. The wait time was actually very long considering there was only one person in front of me. The representative kept checking his phone, I repeated my order several times. He was obviously distracted. Not the best service. David McComas - you might want to provide some additional training or let the sandwich makers put their phones away when there are customers in the store. Also, if I have to tell them the cheese 3 times...maybe he's not meant for the sandwich business. Not shopping here anymore. I'll drive to the next subway just to not repeat my order over...

This is now the second time my boyfriend and I have used the app to order, the first time we show up and the employee was sitting in the dining area on his phone while the receipt for our order is sitting in the printer, about 20-25 minutes after we placed the order. This time we show up and they had the receipt but did not start it, just started saying they did not have majority of the items for our order, again this was about 20-25 minutes after we placed the order. Some more training or even supervision is definitely needed at this...
