Fri 9 24 21 Long long line Nobody outside taking orders giving receipts nothing Lady in window when i went to pay I asked about half off drinks from 2pm to 4pm She got mad and said we dont do that here I said well you did last mth And i said this location and the others have been doing it this mth too I said because it was your alls location that gave me the discount and told me your doing it all for all locations for this mth too Then she asked to see my id She was mad She refused to give me the discount which is supposed to be automatically done And didnt want to give me my items for free from the app My meal should have been free It wasn't Lady i hope you realize how rude you were to me It wasnt nice 1 let's start on the food so the fries are cold then let's talk about the chicken fingers they're cold as well.

A week ago Updated to today Get in line probably 20 something min later order Then about 15 or so to window Get food No drink No shake Now waiting around the corner for both 🤷🤦

Today Busy Line out past the street Have no people.outside like normal to take orders Cant even see how many cars are in frt of you And they are apparently short staffed too Because they have changed their hrs as well and close at 8pm i believe

Sept 2021 Long huge lines Nobody outside taking orders Nobody taking cash Nobody under the tent either Not sure if they're short staffed or what🤷

End of july 2021 Spent 15.00 Handed me my drink with soda all over the cup Same with the shake shake all over it Had to use the few napkins that they gave me in the bag to wipe off both drinks The 2 people at the window outside acted annoyed when i took the time to do this and they didn't When i asked for more napkins they acted as though i was rude for asking for them And said very fake like Have a nice day ma'am With 4 people at the window 2 inside and 2 outside And there was no line🤷

3 mths ago Pretty good I really like the chicken fingers with the honey mustard sauce So good!! Little pricey but...

So we odrered in drive thru, it’s more convenient for us..we had no issues with employees they were mostly all very kind, the manager was so rude, we ordered and paid for a lot of food in drive thru, when I took my bowl of soup out it was cold yuck’ the bowl was slightly warm so I tried to eat it, but it just got colder, this was frustrating because I went inside with receipt asked for help, I told the young worker it was so cold that I was not able to eat it he touched bowl and said oh yeah it’s cold. The manager walked with a ugly look on his face, I approached him to ask if I could order one more thing he, gave me a half smile horrible attitude and said oh’ I can’t buy he can put a order for you right here. They guy clearly was busy taking a lady’s and her kids orders, lobby was empty no one was in there trying to order, I was just standing there waiting to order one simple large waffle fries while I wait on my soup! By that point I was so upset to see atleast 7 workers and no more be at register, I get it was nearly 8:pm there’s no excuse how that manager acted!!! , but come one it was one customer waiting in the lobby, the manger could of rang me up instead telling me he will get you, and make me stand and wait for no service! Soup finally came out 12 mins later my husband and son were already almost finished eating when I finally grabbed my food from them! Before that he yelled at one of the employee it was a young guy, boy the young guy humbled himself, I give him props for that! (The manager was being lazy!!!? That’s the word., Y’all need a NEW MANAGER ASAP REPLACE HUM HE OBVIOUSLY...

I recently went to this chic-fil-a. I waited for the opening insanity to pass. Which it eventually did. Due to covid, I don't dine in anymore. So like with everything else I opted for the drive-thru. I got to give this chic-fil-a allot of credit. They must have learn from other stores. This by far one of the best drive-thru setups I have seen. I have no idea if its sustainable. But if they can maintain it that would be a super plus for Cleburne. The food was hands down the best chic-fil-a I have eaten at. Believe me I have been all over the country at various chic-fil-a's. Its been a long time since I have consumed an actual CRISPY chic-fil-a sandwich, probably since about the 1980's. For the past couple of decades Chic-fil-a has served me one soggy sandwich after another, many of which have been underdone. So to congrats to this Chick-fil-a for taking the time to cook it right. The fries tasted great to. I'm not a big fan of the Mac n Cheese it's a little on the bland side. In my opinion Stouffers serves a better Mac n Cheese. This is of course not the stores fault, as it is more of the recipe used. The only thing that has tick me with Chic-Fil-A across the board is when they removed the Chicken Salad Sandwich from their menu. What was the point in removing it???
