Smoothie King — Restaurant in Cleburne

After being a loyal customer for years with Smoothie King, today I learned how horrible they handle their business. I traveled to the Cleburne location for work today and placed an online order. I had to select Cleburne, Tx on the App since my home location is North Fort Worth. I get to the Cleburne location to find they didn't have my order. I look on the App to find out it went back to my Home Location. I call the Denton Rd location in Keller but nobody answered the phone. I explain to the Clenurne people and all they said was do you still want to place an order. So I did. I contact the App customer Service to explain what happened. They called back and said there was nothing they could do. To put salt on the wound they say, Have a nice day....!!! You had control of that. Looks like I need to start shopping my options!!! Smoothie King, your App ducks and your customer service sucks too!!!...

My whole family goes to this location in Cleburne…. Today my son went inside to get his smoothie and he ask for bananas in it and ask if she could use a fresh banana because the tub of bananas was so dark brown and mushy.
