April 2024 They aren’t checking the CO2 levels on the soda machine. When I called to ask when they’d last checked it. Was told that I was probably handed the wrong soda by a new employee. And asked what kind of soda I had ordered. I told the manager that the soda I was handed didn’t taste like soda. So they aren’t checking CO2 levels in any of them.
——- 10 mths ago June 2023 So order was rang up wrong. Went through the drive through. Tried to charge me wrong amount. When I reviewed it with her twice at the speaker and then once at the window. She finally fixed it but didn’t nobody nor her checked to make sure food was correct. Handed me everything and shut the window. Had to honk for her to open it. Explained to her that she didn’t check the bag and then order she handed me was wrong. She proceeded to laugh and close the window again. Then handed me the correct items while laughing. 🤦♀️🤦♀️🤦♀️🤦♀️double double check your orders and i would not recommend DoorDash from here either. 🤦♀️🤦♀️🤦♀️🤦♀️
—- Dec 2022 Charged me wrong price again overcharged me and didnt give me what i ordered. I wanted 3 Supreme soft shelled tacos. They gave me 4 hard shelled and only one was supreme. They dont check anything. And of course the line was so long and nothing i got was right. And of course they didnt give me a reciept. Should of known better than to not get my reciept and check the bag before i left the window. They're just throwing food in the bags.
Oct 2020 They raised their prices again significantly
End of July Really really long line. Had me wait at speaker til they had but one person/vehicle at their window. Line is way behind me too. My food had been sitting there in the bag. Not sure for how long. 🤷
7-25-21 Went through drive through Lady was super rude Almost threw the bag at me Bag wasnt sealed with the sticker on top She asked me if i wanted my reciept i said yes She didnt give me my reciept so i asked for it Then she basically throws my card and reciept at me 😳😳😳 Im sorry your having a bad day🤷 3mths ago review The other day i went through the drive through. I didn't realize til i got home and went to eat that some of my order was wrong. I called and explained. They gave me the option to come back that day or to take my name. Read moreFor the 1st time in over five months I was actually HIGHLY pleased with my experience. I'm horrible at remembering names & honestly didn't expect to right a review so I didn't think to much about needing to remember it. However the guy working the counter at 10:18 PM on 10/13/2017, TREY W (employee listed on receipt), I feel needs recognition so I hope I have his name right. He has fast food customer service etiquette that needs to be used as a base line for all fast food chains.
Friendly & EAGER TO HELP from the time I came into the store until I the time I left with my order in hand, KNOWLEDGEABLE being able to answer ALL my questions, RANG UP MY ORDER CORRECTLY & in a timely manner, repeated my order back to me, gave me a CORRECT total due & counted back my change and even after my transaction was complete he had the COURTESY to offer me a cup for water (I mention this because my order included a drink so that meant he had actually PAID ENOUGH ATTENTION to notice I was ordering for someone else).
As for the cooking crew also an excellent job. I noticed they all WORKED TOGETHER AS A TEAM (which is the 1st time I've ever seen this in this particular store), the order was TIMELY, made CORRECTLY and was even APPEALING TO THE EYE. The shift lead/manager on duty also did a phenomenal job. She pitched in on the order preparations, QC'd the oder for accuracy, SMILED & MADE EYE CONTACT as she offered me my order and THANKED me for coming in.
And to top it all off making this my BEST EVER TRIP TO TACO BELL they actually had empanadas available to order. Every other time they were out and not going to make more.

Had many cars behind me and didn't want to hold up the line so I asked for my money back. I had given her $7.25 and she gave me back $6 and some change. And then slamed the window. I sat there as they passed by the window and ignored me. Finally someone came to the window and asked whats wrong I said she didn't give me all my money. And then told me she couldn't.
