Went in to get name put on 2 robes. The lady gave NO help whatsoever and acted like she was blessing me with her presence. I had to ask her if they had different fonts and then asked about the colored thread! I chose 1" lettering in 2 different styles. I picked them up and it seems whoever did them put the material on the opposite way! The lettering on the inside was the correct size and thickness as the examples I chose.
