Cinnabon at Schlotzsky's — Restaurant in Cleburne

Well, I went n got a center of the roll with extra icing just about an hour ago, n after sitting in the drive thru about 10-15 min, for only one guy ahead of me who still only had one bag of food, I finally got mine n headed home. Took it out to eat it when I got home, n it's a lil stale n hard, n I've never had this problem before... but I pick it up n notice a sticker on it that says "Monday center of the roll", with a date n time stamp of being prepped 1/6/25 @ 8:29 am, n says it's to be discarded 1/6/25 at end of day... it's now Tuesday at 3:43 pm... I tried calling but it just rings n rings before getting an automated message about party not answering... umm, why are we even keeping food with tags that say they should have been thrown out the day before, let alone selling them to customers, like we can't read labels on containers??? You could have at least given a big discount on it if you're gonna sell me day old crap that was supposed to be in the dumpster instead of in my bag n paid full...

I got in and waited at the counter for 10 minutes. I am pregnant and craving a cinnamon roll, also I’ve never had this place before so I wanted to give it a shot. The guy at the counter who finally showed up was rude. I also asked about soups and he cut me off saying “we are selling those.” I said “okay I’ll take just a regular cinnamon roll” he said “ ugh okay what else”, I said a small drink and he hands the cup over. Takes my card to the back, comes back and before I can ask for a fork...

I placed an online order and arrived to pick it up, but their last batch had overcooked, and nothing was available. They refunded .y order but didn't process, and I was told. I went back in person to get a refund on my order, and they gave me a Cinnabon fresh out of the oven for the inconvenience. The place is actually bigger than it looks on the outside. Great...
