It is very rare that my wife or I go to Starbucks ever due to issues with service and quality. This location being one of the biggest offenders. I have yet to have a positive experience at the Cleburne Starbucks. The management at this location needs serious help. My wife will constantly go in there and order coffee extra hot and when it is handed to her by the person making it the coffee will already be room temperature. Today I was at the restraints next door and placed a mobile pick up order that way it would be ready. When I got there it was still not ready so I sat down to wait I proceeded to see 3 groups of people come into the shop order and pay at the counter and receive their coffee way before I received mine. I also saw multiple vehicles (around 10) enter the drive through and leave with their coffee before I received mine. My total wait time from order placed to coffee in hand was 20 minutes. This is not the first time I have experienced this especially at this location. I used to be an avid Starbucks drinker and supporter and I backed off around 2018 but I am done now. Thiers one employee particular im not sure his name hes about 4 foot something dark hair but very impressive he is a blessing to the company. He knows my order before I even tell him and it makes me smile when he does. He deserves a management positions hes very encouraging and supportive and brings joy to those around him. This Starbucks makes you feel like your apart of thier family they even make conversation with the customers. To them its not just all about making a cup of coffee. Its a enjoyable experience thier. Read moreWe visit this Starbucks 2-3 almost daily. It’s not the Starbucks it used to be. Horrible tasting drinks. After messing my wife’s drink up 2 consecutive times. She brought it back to have it remade again! Only to be told by the manager that Starbucks can no longer meet her needs and will have to go to a different Starbucks from now on. Obviously the staff needs retraining on how to make drinks. They are being lazy and short cutting the process. A caramel macchiato should not taste like peppermint. Or sometimes have an unrecognizable taste. I called up to Starbucks to address the issue with the manager, but was constantly interrupted.
