KFC — Restaurant in Cleburne

Ordered five piece tender meal, and two chicken bowl combos. Tender meal was supposed to have mashed potatoes and gravy and Mac n cheese. (Got two mashed potatoes), no cookies for the chicken bowl combos. I ordered sweet tea with no ice. I got ice. I gave the iced tea back and asked again for sweet tea, no ice. Got it, it was unsweet. Had to go back thru the line again. And the kid wants to argue and tell me it's sweet tea then offers to give me sugar packs n already explaining it will take an additional be ten minutes to get a fresh batch of tea, on top of the twenty minutes I had just waited the first time. I got a Pepsi and asked for the manager. The manager really had no excuse, just listened and handed me a large pepsi. I get home and go to open the bag, the tenders meal was literally just thrown in the bag, whole bottom fell out. I had asked the kid for bbq sauce, of course we didn't get it. I go to look for the receipt. Realized he didn't even give me that either. I called, advised the manager about these issues. I didn't want anything, I just wanted him to know how disappointing and ridiculous this was. I could see if they were busy. There was one car in front of me, one car behind me. I was there at 230 in the afternoon. Piss poor service and no sweet tea at 230 pm. Too many ppl. Need jobs to have employees that just don't care.KFC used...

PSA: DO NOT ORDER KFC THROUGH ONLINE OR MOBILE APP. This goes for any location, not just this one, but this is the location in which this issue happened.

After placing an order on the KFC mobile app for 4 items, I was told upon arrival that half of the items were out of stock. I then said to just forget the entire thing and just issue a refund.

It has been 3 WEEKS since this has happened, and I still don't have a refund. I have called KFC "Customer service" multiple times and always get told that my case needs to be escalated to a higher department to examine my $18 food order like they're detectives from the FBI who need to collect and examine every detail of what happened regarding a fast food order.

I am tired of waiting, so I'll just leave this review out of my frustration. This is absolutely ridiculous. I have never had to wait this long for a refund from anywhere, and I'm making it known now that YOU WILL BE CHARGED regardless of if they have your items that you ordered, and if you try to get a refund, this is the path that you will be forced down to get...

We usually go here once a week (my dad likes it) it seems like it’s been going down hill lately it seems everytime we go something diffrent happens We ordered our food my dad ordered a 3 piece white original recipe after 10 minutes one of the guys came out and said they didn’t have any more original breasts But my dad could have ex crispy instead (He doesn’t like extra crispy) He offered legs or thighs as a replacement Well my dad chose legs When they brought the food I was suprised to see some scrawny wing and 2 small legs I was very highly disappointed as for my meal the chicken seemed to have a overdone taste to it And the mashed potatoes were runny (I know they aren’t real potatoes) but usually they are a decent texture Overall we were highly disappointed Like I said we usually go once a week But I believe today was our last time going I would rather pay a higher price down the road at chicken express then deal with this mess of a meal we were served Thanks kfc hopefully this helps you get things...
