Man I can’t believe I’m leaving a one star review. My last experience here was great, but today was bad enough that it’s got me upset. Last time I was in here I bought boots for three of my kids. Today I came in to buy boots for myself. I had a budget in mind of $250 and much to my surprise when I walked in they had several tables with boots marked down to $89 and I found a pair right away that fit me great. Unfortunately I was told that the employee had just gotten a phone call a minute ago and that he was no longer allowed to sell any of the boots at $89. I asked, “so if I was in here five minutes ago I could have gotten them for $89?” And he said yes unfortunately I just missed it. But here I am standing there with a boot that’s got an $89 price tag on it so I ask what can you do for me? And he says he can do 10% off retail which would have put it right around my $250 budget today but I just couldn’t believe they wouldn’t honor the price they had marked so they lost a customer today and unfortunately I don’t think I’ll be back to buy my kids more boots either because it just isn’t sitting right with me that they won’t honor the price tags that they have on dozens of boots. If they’re going to stop the sale, they should have pulled all those price tags before...

All these positive reviews are so accurate ! The employees in ALL their locations have always been great! their inventory is always very good! Except: I have been waiting, for over six months now, for the right size to come in! America, manager, says Wrangler does not have the 35x30 George Strait Slim fit jeans in stock! FOR SIX MONTHS!!!! Maybe it is time to change your policy and give customers their money back. Please let me know...

This location is absolutely the best. Even though I didn’t purchase a single item in the store, Summer, Naielly, and America were extremely helpful and charismatic! I felt welcomed right upon entering the door! They helped me find another APOS location that had a hat better suited to me.

P.S. Having an employee named America quite possibly makes this the best business in cleburne. Also, Summer doesn’t have to work...
