Cleburne Floral — Local services in Cleburne

Where do I begin? Maybe with them delivering my dozen roses to a Mexican restaurant. I work in an office. They didn't clarify the place of delivery with my boyfriend. Once my roses make it, there were only 11. Six yellow and 5 reddish orange. He paid over $100 for the arrangement. That's not cheap for some flowers. I call the florist the day of. Noone answered. I left my name and number. The next day I hadn't received a return phone call from them by 12:30 so I called them. Again. Denise answers. I explain the situation and to my dissatisfaction. She offered to bring me a rose. I wanted her to offer a refund for all the troubles. She said she would speak with her boss and have a resolution tomorrow. I asked to make sure she called ME because my bf asked for me to handle it. But did she call me NO she called my bf who was sleeping from an overnight shift at work and took advantage of him not being coherent enough to even comprehend. Me not knowing this called them at 2pm because I hadn't heard from them. Denise's excuse was I was going to call you this morning but I called your husband and....let's just say they DID NOT MAKE UP for the problems. I will make sure we and anyone I talk to never uses this florist because of this. Denise is shady to say the least. I speak with thousands of people a month. And If i knew he was going to send me roses I would of recommended a different florist I use in town. 10 thumbs down. .....And since they responded I DID NOT expect a full refund but I did expect more than a single rose refund. I also expect the owner to take up for the employees and the business. Nothing was discussed with me the next day as agreed because she didn't call me like I asked. But thank you for the reply. I can say the 11 flowers were beautiful you just won't get our business from this...

God Bless Peggy, Denise, Rosanna and Capri!!! I called them looking to do something amazing for my Wife and they delivered more than I was expecting.

I got to know them very well as they took the time to handle my very complex order. The whole team game planned a very thoughtful and inspiring delivery for my wife (35mins + on call, sharing pics of ideas, etc..).

I was completely overwhelmed when I wanted to add a Bible Verse (Proverbs 3:5-6) to my wife's note and Peggy started sharing they were doing a Bible Study on "Worthy" prior to my call.

I just wanted to let my Wife know she is completely "Worthy" of God's Love and to Trust in HIM, in this gesture.

How awesome is God! Showing his presence even in a flower delivery to my wife and to Peggy and team that validates their Bible Study!

My husband has been using Cleburne Floral for many years but this was the first time I used them. As I'm living in Toronto, Canada (until immigration gets sorted!) as well as the fact it was after hours, I decided to use Cleburne Floral's online shop to buy an arrangement to give my husband a little surprise just because I love him.

First, Cleburne Floral's website was very easy to navigate. I liked that they had a good variety of prices as well as many options to choose from. Ordering was pretty painless but I will admit I was a little worried as I wasn't sure if the delivery would go as I wanted.

Definitely nothing to worry about! Not only was the arrangement delivered in a timely manner but Cameron got to have a little chat with a familiar face!

Oh and the flowers were absolutely beautiful! My husband was pleasantly surprised and felt my love for him from 1500 miles away! THANK YOU CLEBURNE FLORAL!
