Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Clemmons

This Dominos has really declined since I moved to the area in May 2020. This used to be my favorite location but now officially is not. The past 2-3 months, No matter if I pick up or have it delivered the service is so slow. Thank goodness the quality of the food didn’t seem to decline. But today’s delivery definitely makes me want to refute that remark. I placed my order for delivery at 421 and didn’t receive it until 522pm, so naturally my pizza was luke warm.

Not to mention the delivery driver nearly ignored me calling her to tell her she forgot the sauces I paid for with my order, I nearly had to yell and get her attention.

Meanwhile the tracker and the automated text messaging system were giving me inaccurate details of when the driver would arrive.

Thankfully my report of the issues earned me a free pizza. But just as much as I enjoy free food I equally want quality service especially when I’ve placed an order and already tipped 15% or more.

I don’t know what happened but this here Domino’s has fallen apart especially in terms of efficiency. When I first moved to the area my order was delivered in 30 minutes or less. Even if I picked up I didn’t have to wait more than 5 minutes.

I’m so annoyed because I love pizza 😂😩🤦🏾‍♀️

In reading local reviews I feel like it’s time to jump ships and head to hungry howies lol

I think the pride of enjoying dominos pizza was getting it hot and fresh and fast not having to wait or reheat.

I noticed there are a lot of younger workers now than there was before….I don’t know if that’s what the issue is but whatever has messed up the work flow is really...

Wife ordered pizza for delivery online. After 45 minutes, pizza tracker not showing anything past the quality check she called to be told we are outside their delivery area??? We ordered online and were required to enter our address for delivery. Whats really disappointing is no one felt the need to call us once our dinner was finished cooking and sitting under a heat lamp or in a warmer. Gentleman that spoke with my wife said since they weren’t that busy one of his two drivers would deliver our food when they returned from other deliveries. Distance from our home to Dominos is exactly 7.6 miles. No excuse for not calling us and saying we do not deliver to your home. Not sure why they wouldn’t deliver that distance. Online platform sure says they do! Update: When the delivery driver finally brought our pizza we were told that this is the last time they would deliver to us. It’s the only time they have ever delivered to us. And it will be the last. Far as the delivery driver, they were only relaying information that they were instructed by someone at the brick and mortar. Hose shameful!
