I just want to publicly thank this business. I pulled up to this restaurant from traveling at 1145 pm on Christmas Day. They were the only restaurant around that had lights on and people inside. Once I pulled up I noticed a large family inside eating. I assumed it was the owners family. I then noticed the handwritten sign on the door "we are open on Christmas day Dec 25th 11am-11pm". When I started to back up, they threw their hands up for me to come inside. This customer service that I received tonight was the best i habe received in a long time. They took time away from their family meal to cook me and my children something to eat. I was taken away. One of their children was even nice and got our drinks that we wanted from the refridgerator for us. They were polite and told us to take our time ordering. I recommend this restaurant and I will definitely be back. This customer service is hard to find these days. Thank you again and Merry...
Read moreThey can’t handle a busy night on Christmas since a lot of places are closed! I placed an order for plain lo mein and my boyfriend was there waiting and ppl were telling him they have been waiting for hours. And instead of handling the orders they have since it was about 20ppl in the restaurant already, they’re still taking other ppls phone orders . I’ve called more than 5 times to see how long the wait would be and every time I call their answering the phone and just hanging up in my face so I can’t even talk to anyone about your order. Very unprofessional!!!! We’re very understanding about how busy it is, but they clearly don’t know how to deal with it. They could’ve easily just said right now they don’t know how long the wait will be and offer a refund but instead you get hung up on. And you can’t even get in the restaurant to talk to someone to get a refund because the amount of ppl inside...
Read moreBy far the best Chinese food I have ever had in my entire life. I don’t say that lightly!! We drive half an hour one way to get food here because nothing else can compare anymore. Their pork fried rice is incredible! They don’t skimp on portions at all. They use large chunks of pork in the rice, so you can actually taste it, and it’s so good. The General Tso’s chicken is spiced to perfection. My absolute FAVORITE though, is the teriyaki chicken skewers. I’ve never tasted anything so wonderful in my life. I could go there and only eat those and be more than happy. Egg rolls are always on point too. I always eat too much because it’s so yummy, but it never makes me feel awful afterwards like some takeout does. The only thing I’ve tried that I didn’t love was the chicken wings. Overall I just can’t rave enough...
