McDonald's — Restaurant in Clemson

Absolutely pathetic awful miserable excuse for a McDonald's. Quite likely one of the worst run in the company. They should fire every manager immediately. This used to be an average run McDonald's and it was decent and quick but they can't get a darn thing right anymore. And what's more when they mess up your food they give you a nice side serving of attitude instead of getting your food right. Allow me to give you an example from December 14th 2020. Please note that all the students have left so their volume of business is well below normal. I did a mobile order for a burger and an apple pie pulled into the parking space and completed the order on the app. 15 minutes later I still have no food. I called their phone number no one answers. So I get out of the car and go inside to get my order. Even though the doors unlocked as soon as I get inside they start yelling at me that they're closed inside and I need to go through the drive-thru. I tell them I'm there to pick up my mobile order which is sitting out on the counter top play pick it up and say always this it and hand it to me. I then ask them to make it again and they argue with me that is still warm. Then the so-called manager comes out and proceeds to start yelling at me that they're closed inside and I need to leave. I end up taking my room temperature food that's ended up sitting on a countertop for about 20 minutes to the car. Probably my last time ever at this garbage excuse for a McDonald's. The change seriously should revoke their franchise and the franchise of every other location that this so-called...

UPDATE ! CORPORATE NEVER FOLLOWED THROUGH SHOCKER ! IT'S ALMOST 2:30 IN THE MORNING THREE CARS AND DRIVE-THRU AND WE HAVE TO PULL OVER TO GET OUR FOOD! THESE BETTER BE THE HOTTEST FRESHEST SANDWICHES I'VE EVER EATEN IN MY LIFE!

Update I spoke to corporate. Yes I called the complaint line because it's enough with this restaurant! Given multiple opportunities to get it right and they couldn't do it ! So let's see if corporate follows through on my two refunds where I never even got my food and they refuse to let me speak to a manager to get a refund the first time so I didn't even bother the second. But Wendy's is across the street Chick-fil-A's good chicken next door somebody else has burgers Ruby Tuesday's is down the road and Burger King is the other way also Hardee's also Arby's so I never need to step foot in this McDonald's ever again ! I suggest everybody with similar poor experiences do the same. Show this restaurant that they just can't do whatever they want because they're located near a college. That they still have to be held to some kind of standard ! Boycott them ! Hit them where it hurts in their pocket not our pocket and then they might actually take some action !!! We went to this establishment about 11 at night drive-thru was moderately busy. We went inside ordered a few cheeseburgers a fry and 2 drinks. When we walk up to look at the menu all we hear is a bunch of screaming and yelling of the employees. Fine, we overlooked it ordered our food we wait after the food is ordered almost 30 minutes for the food. As we are waiting for the food we are watching management go and make herself three bags of food clock out and sit in lobby. They were more worried about getting her food and drive-thru than anybody up front. When we finally do get the food the only thing good is the fries were fresh. Half of the drinks were out in lobby. The burgers were dry they were thrown together without a care in the world and sloppy the meat was barely even on the bun. The condiments didn't even make it to the Burger it was all over the wrapper. It was absolutely the most disgusting Burger I've had in my life. If I could give a zero I would, there was no reason for any of this. They get paid to do their job just like any other employee would. While drive-thru was slammed packed front was filling up one manager already clocked out and sat down the other manager was just sitting outside the front door still smoking a cigarette. Shame this is how this establishment ended up....
