I arrived to this store with the accusation that I had not placed an online order with them; however, upon presenting my online mobile receipt, mailed to my email address, their team scrambled to make me a bowl “similar” to that which I had without fully verifying what I originally ordered. No apology was ever given. I returned the bowl that had none of the customizations I’d paid for, which brought my total to an outrageous sum of nearly $20 for something that tastes as if it shouldn’t cost anymore than $10: no apology was issued, no refund was offered, the crew stood around laughing and joking, Ashley (the manager) approached me with an attitude and was extremely condescending when I addressed the issues I had with my experience. Unfortunately, I will not return to an establishment that employs individuals who feel entitled while making mediocre smoothie bowls that are either too frozen upon eating it or found melted immediately after opening it. Read moreI order a bowl and they didn’t make it correctly and I went down there for them to remake the bowl the guy Chantum had an attitude and was laughing like something was funny. The manager was standing there laughing as well. She never came to me and asked me what the problem was or tried to fix it. When I finally talked to the manager she let Chantum cut me off as I’m telling her the issue and he starts yelling calling me crazy in a restaurant full of people and causing a big scene and she just let it happen. I come there everyday and get the same thing so I know how it’s supposed to be made and I pay 15 dollars for a bowl the least they could do was make it right. I definitely wouldn’t recommend going down there to do business especially if that’s how employees act towards customers and i definitely wouldn’t want someone in management that can’t run my store correctly and causes me to lose business. Read moreI’m a DoorDash driver, and I came to Smoothie King around 3:30pm to pick up an order for a customer. I waited in the store for almost ten minutes, being completely ignored by the cashier. He was sitting down and scrolling through his phone the entire time. When I finally got his attention, he picked his head up, rolled his eyes, and then went back to scrolling through his phone. I walked out and canceled the order. I ended up letting the customer know that I couldn’t pick up the order, and he informed me that it’s not the first time that drivers have complained about being ignored.
