Probably the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. I asked if there were any ice cream cakes to buy.. the girl said.. just whatever’s in the freezer (knowing I just walked from over there) then she took me over to the iPad where I could place an order for one.. couldn’t figure out how to use it… we walk over to the freezer and she couldn’t tell me basically anything about any of the cakes in the freezer. All I kept getting was “I don’t know.” Then.. I finally pick a cake that may or may not be ice cream cakes (to be determined - it is ice cream according to her) and said .. if that ones ice cream I’ll take that one. And she proceeds to say “you can grab it.” First of all, I was not asking/ expecting her to grab it for me… but what kind of customer service is that. lol. Then I go to pay and she proceeds to tell me my visa only approved $9 and I still owe $30 (total was $39) … I used the same visa for the “remaining balance” …… not to mention I tried calling several times over several hours NO ANSWER. We've been twice now and something is wrong with this place. We wanted 2 cappuccino blasts and 2 cookies and cream milkshakes the first time. They didnt have any of the proper ice cream for these and everything was made with chocolate or choco chip. We decided to give them a second chance today. We ordered 2 cappuccino blasts with whipped cream,a small scoop of vanilla, and an oreo milkshake. They agreed and we pulled up. No whipped cream, they had to use the wrong icecream for the blasts, the vanilla was jamocha instead, and the oreo milkshake was choco peanut butter instead. We sent back the scoop and asked for chocolate to replace it, they were out of plain chocolate as well. We will not...

Worst dunkin donuts ever visited. Ask.for 2 hot lattes. When they came and my daughter and i sat down they were cold.Took them back and ask.if we could have hot ones. What a farce, waited 20 mins still no lattes. One girl started to do them then left to serve on till, two other people serving carried on seeing to other people. I was mad, eventually young man said he would do them which he did,.older lady was quite rude in my opinion and told him machine not working right not to use it. This was after she had seen me standing there for some time and ignored me. He did give me lattes eventually bit warmer than before. I always go to Dunkin but wont be going back to...
