My experience here started off pleasant due to the cleanliness and organization of the store. Although my first impression walking in was great I noticed immediately how horrible the service was for non-Hispanic customers not only did I not receive any assistance at the register, but I was told to move from a regular register with a full basket to self check out to accommodate a conversation between two customers in the front of the line. I decided to not say anything considering I was on my way out. In their very small parking lot backing out a ONE way I was hit from behind. Two employees came out one of them banged on my window and tried to tell me to move my car while waiting for the police, ( fyi you are not supposed to move your vehicle after an accident until the police arrive) they where very rude insensitive and caught several attitudes. I was assured by a police officer and TWO key food’s managers that key foods would be able to recover the footage since it is considered as evidence. As I walked back in the store to obtain the video one young lady was nice enough to finally assist me and brought me to one of the managers who first told me she would be able to give it to me if I had the exact time and date it happened so I gave her all the information to look for the incident, came back and showed it to me to confirm. She said she would give me a copy and went back in the room for about five min. She came back out with a completely different story saying she would not be able to give it to me anymore due to them not wanting to be held liable for the accident. As I started to question her as to why I wasn’t able to have the video evidence I immediately was surrounded by other employees which was very uncomfortable to experience. I have been to this location before but this by far has been the worst experience so far so unprofessionally biased and distasteful considering I spend a lot of money here I will not be returning to this location. Very unfortunate to experience how segregated people will behave and treat you as less simply because of skin color. Hopefully no one els has to experience this at this location...
Read moreI like how clean it is and it does have good prices on meat, fresh vegtables and latin products. I used to go in everyday now not as often. At the hot food counter once you can actually get an employee's attention because they seem to put whatever is current task before customer service they are friendly and helpful. I guess can't blame them because there moto obviously isn't customer service have seen the said "owner" and mgr speak down to the employees and even witnessed and incident where the owner came out to talk down to some mission christian men who had been selling or recieving donations for some cakes. Setting aside that I know that it is a buissness and he was probably worried would affect his sales but it was the way he came out and approached these men with his I am the owner and better than you attitude he honestly was disrespectful to these men while customers and kids watched this go down. He may be owner but has no tact no people skills. He has a lot to learn on how to get his point across with out being a jerk and speaking down to people. I hope he realizes he could not be where he is if it isn't for his workers and customer's. I moved to Clermont and now live and raise my daughter here instead of my home town Miami because the community was family orientated and the people in it so polite and helpful and respectful to one another. Read moreThis Bravo sucks To begin with parking: It's a nightmare. Hard to navigate, does not flow. Then the employees walk around and can't tell you where to find a product. They look like a deer seeing headlights. Prices are more expensive. I guess they are thinking we are willing to pay more as long as we don't have to drive to Winter Garden. The manager, a middle age gentleman, has never heard of costumer service. Other stores will sell you a similar product if they have run out, just to keep you happy as a costumer. Winter Garden Bravo has done this in the past for me. This man would not do it, after I stood in line 10 minutes and held up the line for more minutes because he was no where to be found. My advice...get an assertive, knowledgeable person in his place. Take a lesson from the guys at Bravo Winter Garden. They got their act together and know how to treat customers.
