Today is April 2nd 2022. Yesterday I went in and ordered food with my spouse. The employee who put my steak bowl and my spouses chicken bowl, did so in a careless and nonenthusiastic fashion. My spouse goes back in to the store to get a refund. They tell him that they refunded him after all the commotion, and so he comes back to the car. Within 5 minutes of sitting back down in the car we check our account to see if we were refunded. SURPRISE! Instead of refunding us our $25.89 they charged us an additional $25.89. So instead of giving us our money back they charged us a total sum of $52.00. After this I personally go in there with my spouse and explain that they charged us twice instead of refunding us. We were told that it would take 3-5 business days and we were also told, by the general manager named Mark, that he would be working the next day and would also call us back the next day to see if the issue was resolved. This morning we checked our account and we are still missing our $25.89 out of our account. I called this morning and was answered by another useless employee that told me that Mark would not be working today. After hearing this I completely felt used, manipulated and lied to. This is a billion dollar corporation and they want to steal my money that i work hard for. I have a family to take care of what is wrong with you people!? This location is dishonest and none of the employees have any integrity.
Anyways, continuing with the story.
I told the employee that answered the phone that Mark told me, to my face, that he would be working today. He scurries away and comes back after putting me on hold for 5 minutes of my time that he was wasting, and says to me that Mark will be in at 1:15. I was never contacted by this so called manager named Mark. Mark never contacted me and I called three times but the operating system kept redirecting and hanging up on me. Apart from their operating system which is designed to irritate and manipulate the worst side out of you, I finally decided to forget about it and call later. At 4 o'clock we went in there to get our refund after calling the store again and getting into contact with Mark the general manager there. He told us to come in and he would refund us again. we have 3 charges of $25.89 on our card totalling $75.00 dollars and two refunds totalling $52.00. This store has ZERO integrity. At this point keep the money chipotle. I am not a homeless beggar asking for handouts and neither is my spouse. In fact chipotle it would be nice if you could please get your act together. Read moreI was there for dinner on Oct 10th around 5:45pm and most of the times I have been there before is was always a 5 Star...? The problems started when I started to order food, the customer in front of me ordered 3 bowls, only to come to find out there was no brown rice, and none was ready to put out, ( I was shocked because it's dinner time and it was starting to get busy) So I had to take white rice as well... really not my fav at all. I told the girl steak and black beans, ok she said, and she just put a new container of black beans out (found out when I started to eat them, they were nearly cold, definitely not hot?) As I went through the line I noticed two new employees arriving behind the counter.... yea!... this usually mean faster service. Finally I'm checking out and I ask for a small bag of chips, child size, which means just a hand full, that's all I wanted, but they had none stocked, so I had to pay for the larger size... still not upset, just very hungry. So after agreeing to pay for the larger bag of chips, the girl who just came on to shift, rang me up, but she did not seem happy at all...almost like she just bit an onion? So, I say what the heck, everyone has a tough day, so I moved on, but she started to put my order in a bag, I said I was eating here, no response, so I ask can I get a tray, she says nothing, just reaches down and pulls out a tray. Finally, I get to eat, got my drink and sat down, it's happy time for some yum! I got my first bit to realize the black beans were cold, oh well it happens, so I got another fork full and realized my steak was only room temperature as well... I'm a little frustrated, but to hungry to stop, besides, when I looked over my shoulder, their was a line of at least 8 people who called in their order, standing in line, and apparently, no to go orders were being prepared, I heard one customer raise their voice and said... I sent the order in over 20 minutes ago and I want brown rice.... so I was not going to try and get my cold beans and steak replace with hopefully some fresh, there seem to be to much drama at the counter for me... so I finished what I could and took the rest home, as I started to return my tray and throw away my trash, I notice both trash cans were over flowing... yikes, so I push my trash down so it wouldn't fall on the floor... I know this is not the norm for Chipotle and I just think no one there prepared a head of time for the dinner crowd, which gave a lot of people a bad experience.... I'm only in the area for that Chipotle once a month, so I'll try again next time and hopefully things will be back to the high standard I come to expect...
Read moreWORST CHIPOTLE I HAVE EVER BEEN TOO!! Im not one to write 1 star reviews ever but after giving this chipotle numerous chances I think everyone should be warned. Weve ordered multiple times online for pick up and it has never been ready at the "promised" time. I get places can be busy so we gave them another chance and would purposely show up 30-45 min late. still never ready on time and stood there waiting for another 45 mins along with 5 other people. one person went through the line and got their food faster then all of us who ordered an hour prior. Last time we went with my sister in law the line girl was just throwing ingredients at the bowl to "act" like she was going fast but really it was just slowing stuff down. She didn't even put the lid on right and when the new cashier kid who was obviously in training with no help reached to put the bowl into the bag it tipped over and spilled all over the food line (not his fault) but the shift manager goes "just scoop it back in the bowl and add more corn" ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING!! We demanded a new bowl and got it with much attitude and mumbling. Today we ordered online waited and drove to get it. WOW it was ready on time (makes sense being a week day and mid afternoon) well I got the bag checked for the two bowls and sides, seemed all good. Got home pulled the bowls out and the name on the bowl says a completely different name then on my bag and completely different ingredients then my receipt and name on the bag! not even close! Ive mentioned stuff like this before to them and no one cares or does anything to make it right besides having you wait even longer for them to try and make the right thing. I dont know if it is that the workers are this unintelligent or the managers are that bad at training them or doing anything to fix this obvious issue. If I were you drive to winter garden chipotle it will be quicker and right and save you so many head aches. Needless to say I threw this away and wouldnt even go back to that dumpster to get the right meal. I own a business and this is the worst customer service and attitude place Ive ever seen.
