Papa Johns Pizza — Restaurant in Clermont

I am very angry with the Papa Johns brand, yesterday we placed an order to be delivered at 5:39, and the order was estimated for 7 pm, 9 pizzas and 56 wings, it was 7:10 and no one had arrived, then it was 7:30 and no one had arrived, we called non-stop and no one answered, only a recorder saying that my order had been delivered at 7:10, I paid $220! In the end I decided to go to the store and when I was arriving I received a call saying "we will not be able to place your order, we had problems" I can understand that they had problems but if they already knew my order and my number why not call? I had to find another solution with MARCOS PIZZA and it was so different! It was my daughter's birthday, can you imagine all her friends being hungry????? Very bad on the part of the staff for not looking for solutions or at least telling me that they could bring them to me or give me some benefit, I demand that they reward me with...

They just started partnership with DoorDash, I was sent a P John's order. Did my duty and arrived quickly to get the order that was supposed to be waiting for me. That didn't happen, ended up waiting 15 minutes, they kept lying and telling me the pizza was in the oven, They didn't even start making the order!!!!!!!

Was busy making orders for their own drivers, called them pathetic and left. Had to unassign the order which dropped my rating but immediately was sent two chipotle orders next door that was prepared quickly. Shame on this place, I hope a DoorDash representative shows up cause I reported what the staff including the manager did to me lying and lying attempting to stall me. Worst DoorDash merchant in the area and I bet the food is...

We just got 2 pizzas and chicken wings. One of the pizzas had an open garlic sauce (I dont know how it was open) and it spilled ALL OVER the boxes, the pizzas, and the seat where they were sitting in the car... and on top of that, the wings were rancid. Not like they tasted bad, but like rancid, spoiled, rotten. I called the store and they asked me if I was coming in so they could give me another order... hmmm, Hard pass! I will NEVER EVER go there again and will tell my horrible experience to everyone who would listen. Rancid food in a restaurant is unacceptable, unforgiving, inadmissible. They have one job. What if it was my child eatting them? What if we had covid and couldn't taste and ate them? I hope this helps to this never...
