Called to place an order(5 stars) Delivery (5 stars) Daniel the manger (Negative zero)...Brief explanation! I was charged twice and when I called to speak with a manager in regards to the double charge, he was unhelpful, condescending and arrogant. As a frequent customer (Mostly business functions and ordering from this exact location) I was disgusted. He was upset because after him telling me there's nothing he could do and he didn't know when I would receive a call and refusing to give me the GMs name he stated " I have customers and I'm tired of repeating myself to you, I can't help you" as If I'm not a customer who might I add tipped gracefully....He lacks qualifications to be deemed a manager of any sort and I will take this to corporate....... FIND ANOTHER LOCATION IN CLERMONT IF YOU WANT 100% CUSTOMER SERVICE....

Read moreI spent $28.06 and got a 14 inch hand tossed cheese pizza, 14 inch Ny style with pepperoni, and 8 garlic parm wings. I’m happy with the price to calorie ratio for sure. It’s probably the best pizza deal in town. The pizza itself doesn’t compare to some of the local shops, but it’s good for what it is (franchise pizza). The wings had a surprisingly good taste to them, but they’re way too soggy to be appetizing (which I kind of expected tbh). I could really only stand to eat one of them, and the kids ate the rest. If they had a better texture they’d be really good though. 4 out of 5 stars for the pizza being decent for the category of pizza it’s in and the price point. Read moreTerrible customer service. Honestly probably one of the worst experiences. We had to make 3 separate orders because supposedly we can’t place an order over $50 (never heard of that policy). When we called, the employee was not happy about our order at all (it was a large order). He was saying that he’s the only worker there, but there were 3 people working. When we entered, we were not greeted, helped, or acknowledged and we were there for 30 minutes …. None of the workers were wearing gloves. As we left, we tipped and apologized for the large order. While we were walking out the door, one employee teased us and said “yea so sorry.” I highly suggest hiring employees who want to work and respect Domino’s policy. This was on 07/31/24 at 10:50pm.
