I placed an order well in advance (made the order at around noon for a 5p delivery). When the order arrived, it was not my order. I called rather immediately because the driver had already left. I spoke with Aiden who initially told me that I did have the right order. I expressed that I did not have what I ordered. I ordered a large specialty, cheesy bread and a large with cheese. They sent the large specialty, cheesy bread then a thin crust, mushroom and bell pepper cut into squares (very particular).
I waited over an hour for a pizza. you would think that because they made an error, they would rush the pizza, especially considering that I ordered it far in advance. I gave a call back and Aiden constantly cut me off, told me that there were 7 orders in front of mine, fussed at me because I didn't even pay for the bacon that I had them add to my pizza. I would have gladly paid if adding it meant that I had to wait 1.5 hour to get my food from their error.
Aiden was constantly cutting me off and making it as though I was to blame for their error. Turns out Aiden is the manager. when I asked for his bosses contact, he refused to give it to me. He said the GM was there but was too busy to speak with me. I asked for the contact information so that I could make contact later and was hung up on multiple times, though I waited for around 30 minutes to speak to someone other Aiden after he treated me so rudely. I will take my business to another Marcos. We love Marcos pizza but this location is the worst. Please do not spend your money here- ever. And if you have a problem, don't expect Aiden or the GM Akesh to assist in any...
Read moreWe have gotten food from this Marcos a few times and never had a problem until tonight! We placed an online order and got it earlier than it said it was going to be delivered. We ordered 2 calzones and 1 cheesy bread. Upon opening the boxes after the delivery driver had left, we found out they only gave us 1 calzone and 2 cheesy breads. I called the store and was asked to hold. After a few minutes, he came back on the phone and I told them that we didn’t get part of our order and the staff member told me he would get a manager and put me on hold. After waiting a minute, he said they were too busy and to call back in 10-15 minutes. I waited 20 minutes and called back and was asked to hold again. After another 15 minutes on hold, I was hung up on! I called the store a third time and When the staff member answered, I explained again what happened and he asked if I wanted them to re-make it or give us a refund. I decided on a refund as it had already been 30 minutes of waiting and we were hungry. He said he would get a manager and put me on hold. A minute later he came back on again and told me the same story that they were busy and to call back again in 5 minutes. At this point, I’m done and I will be taking my business elsewhere. I had no complaints with the quality of the food I did receive, but the customer service is terrible In handling my situation! Do not bother with this location, they are extremely rude on the phone!!! Edit: I can’t even voice my concern to the website posted in the comments of other users as it tells me the survey is no...
Read moreOur friends were at our apartment seeking shelter from their flooded home with no power. I told them to order from Marcos (#8386) because we love them. So they did and were told forty minutes for delivery. Our guest took his diabetes pill because he had to eat within AN HOUR of taking it. After SIXTY minutes had passed we called as to where the pizzas were and were told by a female that they were on their way which is only two miles from our apartment. Then fifteen minutes later still no pizzas !!! So we called the Marcos back AGAIN and asked to speak with a manager at which time we were told the manger was busy and to call back in thirty minutes !!!!!!! Still NO PIZZAS !!! Fifteen minutes later the delivery boy showed up with two cold, over cooked, pizzas. We explained to him the severity of our diabetic medication urgency going on and that this wasn't just another pizza party but a hurricane disaster relief situation. I'm highly disgusted with last nights events with your company and your employees as fellow Floridian human beings. I hope in the future no one is ever treated like this again because it may not be just a pizza party for kids delivery that is going on it be a matter of grown adults who are misplaced from hurricane Irma and on diabetic medication which could have resulted in a diabetic reaction ending up in with an ambulance ride to the hospital... Sincerely...
