An additional sandwich was charged to my order by mistake. I’m not upset about it. However upon getting to the order pick up window before I could even let them know about the error, the young lady asked me what my drink order was. She was very rudely interrupted by another employee stating that she didn’t need to ask me that and that her job was to just pass me the drinks. The employee was very rude and condescending and above all did this where a customer could hear her. To top it all off the drink order given to us was incorrect. When I asked the young lady to call the person back over because I was charged double for a sandwich, she appeared too intimidated to even speak or approach the lady about the issue. Before leaving this review I called the restaurant manager and expressed my concern. I don’t know if I was actually speaking to the manager as the person on the phone did not seemed concerned, had nothing to say and was unapologetic. I am highly disappointed as I frequently visit this restaurant and have always had great service and food. In order to maintain the integrity and reputation of this establishment I urge upper management and the owner to take action. If a new employee is struggling it is on management to properly train and address it away from customers and with kindness and respect.

So I had to go to the counter to get my order to the table where I was sitting. When I was about to start eating, I suddenly realized that something seemed to be missing. I checked the order and they didn't give me the chicken nuggets, so I went to the counter to find the clerk to reflect, and then they gathered together and talked about something. I waited there for 10 minutes, and my burger and fries were almost cold on the table. At this time, my patience was almost at its limit. I asked them a second time, and their response at this time was "Yours will be ready soon", but I saw that they put several boxes of chicken nuggets in other people's bags instead of giving them to me, even though my order was much earlier than theirs. So after a few minutes, a clerk came to the cashier and shouted to many of our waiting customers that "the chicken nuggets are gone". This is simply ridiculous. I waited for more than ten minutes without any service or attitude, and I had to leave because of time reasons. It was equivalent to me spending 10 more chicken nuggets for this store in vain, and many people had the same situation...

Im in that store every single day and I can completely understand how mistakes happen when employees get busy, this does NOT however, release the store from liability for that order and rarely is there an issue getting the order replaced by ANY location. I drive for Uber and have a serious frappe habit. I go through multiple locations daily, but this particular one at least once as I start my shift. Ive encountered issues before but never have I been so disrespected by any McDonalds employee as I was this evening by a manager named Tonya when I called to report that they had messed up my order and it would need to be replaced at a later date. The usual procedure for this is pretty standard. It was clear the person I was speaking with had zero management or customer service experience. Im almost out of space but would appreciate a phone call from someone who can actually help.
